The whole hotel is very clean and warmly. The family room is opposite the main hotel and we will need to have the keys to unlock the door before we can reach the room. There’s only 1 room in the building and the rest is storeroom. There are a lots of eatery beside the hotel and they are all within walking distance.

Receptionist is very helpful, strategic location, clean room and beautiful interior..recommended will repeat again

The location was easy to find, check-in process was smooth, and everything was great. The receptionist was very friendly, and the cleanliness of the room was fine. Me and my friend booked the same room type but we had 2 different designs of room, she had bigger room with smaller toilet, and conversely mine was bigger toilet but smaller room. I prefer hers as my room is very small and there are no place for our luggage. Also, the view of my room is just the wall of other building, while my friend's is the nice view especially at night (can see the bar and the food truck downstair). Suggest contact the receptionist to confirm the room design before you book. BTW their corridor was super nice. Overall, highly recommended and satisfied!

The hotel's location is acceptable, though it's not particularly close to the old town center. Regrettably, the Wi-Fi was nonfunctional throughout my stay. Despite reporting this issue to the receptionist, who insisted it was operational, I was even unable to receive messages on WhatsApp. The room, while somewhat compact, is manageable for a brief stay. An odd design choice is the air conditioning unit, which is positioned directly opposite the bed. This made it uncomfortable to use at night, as the airflow directly targeted the sleeping area.

The hotel location is ok, just hard to park and the air con of the room is noisy like train, pillow hard like brick, balcony small only for vase. Better don't mention. Overall not worth it

I'm really happy I found this gem of a hotel. I was quite taken aback when I checked in. I didn't expect the hotel to be so small... No CC deposit allowed, only cash... And you have to take your shoes up the steps. Honestly, I was quite annoyed at first but I grew to fall in love with the property. The rooms are nicely decorated but could do with more cleaning and getting rid of bugs in the room. Sound is definitely an issue but if you can ignore these , the property is really something ... Just something special that I can't quite put a finger on it.

First stay and definitely recommended.. clean n beautiful.. u have to keep your shoes in the locker in the lobby though but it's perfectly fine with me.. it keeps the place clean anyway.. there is no lift so abit of hassle for those with big luggage but I am fine with that..

A 3 storey boutique hotel with no lift services. Need to leave the shoe at the ground floor.. room is small but enough for 2! Love the design of the room..
