シャワーの水圧はお湯にすると弱い…。 汚いのは承知で泊まればまだ、綺麗な方。 壁はボロボロで水周りは少し臭う。 ホテルについての説明がなくて、 喫煙所がどこにあるかわからない…。 禁煙スペースなのになぜか灰皿はいたるところにある。次はないかな。

良い点: - スタッフはフレンドリーで、滞在中に役立ってくれました。 - ロケーションは最高で、ジョージタウンのすべての観光地とバスターミナルの近くにあります。 - ショッピングモールやお店の近くです。 - 公共交通機関の利用にとても便利です。 悪い点: - 壁とシャワールームにシミがあります。メンテナンスが行き届いていないようです。 - 初日の夜はトイレが流せませんでしたが、スタッフは親切でした。 - 公共施設のメンテナンスが行き届いていないようです。

ホンプトンズにいたとき、家にいるような気分にさせてくれるのがとても気に入りました。滞在中に注意が必要ないくつかのエリアについてレポートしましたが、顧客サービスは一流でした。

環境は非常に平均的で、チェックイン時にフロントデスクで宿泊料金に加えて清掃料金を支払う必要があります。部屋は少し古いですが、サービス態度はまあまあです。店の看板は比較的小さいですが、必要があります。注意深く探すこと。

場所はとても良くて便利です。 欠点は、清潔ではありますが、多少の汚れがあることです。ただ寝るだけの場所なら許容範囲でしょう。

ホテルのインテリアは素晴らしく、食事も美味しいですが、改善すべき点は、ホテル内の建物と設備の持続可能性です。

駐車場があるのは良い点です。部屋に入ると嫌な匂いがしませんでした。

Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Good location near KOMTAR, Prangin Mall & 1st Avenue Mall. Has a Coway water filter near the Reception area, so hot drinking water is readily available. The hotel provides complimentary water bottles as well for the room. Water pressure of the shower is good. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel & shower cap is provided. Coffee and tea sachets are provided too. CarPark is available although it’s privately owned and have to pay for parking. Bed sheets are thin, just bearable for a few nights stay. The safe deposit box in the room doesn’t work though. Strongly recommend that the hotel look into pest control as we found a few small cockroaches at the washroom, the toilet seat, the mini kettle area on the table, and also at the corners of the room in the floor. Overall happy with the hotel location, amenities and staff helpfulness; although improvement on cleanliness would be great!

Hotel maintenance is very bad. But the charge is so high. The room environment is too hot even with 16 degrees of aircond at night. The photo shows everything so well and highly environment in the room, however when 1st step into the room, I totally regretted just trusting the photo blindly. The room is big but the aircond condition is not acceptable, total spoilt my trip because of this type of accommodations. The owner should consider doing something about it rather than just keep letting your customer be disappointed.

I stayed here with a friend. Her room upstairs had serious humidity issues and water leakage. My room had cockroaches, which made the stay uncomfortable. The maintenance and cleanliness need improvement.

We have a booking for twin beds but they gave us a joint bed.

In the middle of the night, a small cockroach emerged from underneath the wall near the head of the bed. I tried calling the front desk, but there was no answer. I’ve attached two photos : Photo 1 shown cockroach as it continued to move around the wall. Photo 2 can see the wall is none. Additionally, the window in the room was damaged and seemed at risk of falling off, posing a serious safety hazard. No wonder a curtain to cover. Lastly, it’s important to note that there was no information in the booking details about needing to walk up stairs to reach the counter. This is crucial information that should be communicated to guests.
