場所は素晴らしいですが、ベッドは少し硬いですが...価格はまあまあです

I've stayed at this hotel more than three times and appreciate my time there. Staff is always helpful. Plenty of food options, basic amenities and a terrace is sufficient for what I look for.

There are a lot of foodcourt around the hotel. Check in and check out is very easy I choose this hotel because of the location and my budget, so all good. The receptionist is friendly and he give good recomendation. It is good very good chatting with him and hear from his perception.

So hard bed.. cant sleep well here.. not comfy. Too hard for my back body.

Was difficult to stay with almost zero amenities

The place is very strategic. In front of the hotel there are few restaurants. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Overall, this is my endless stay whenever am in Penang or if its not fully booked. 😄😄😄
