Very comfortable and welcoming place to stay near downtown Georgetown and Southwestern University. This place has everything you need with a well appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, spotless bathroom and comfy sofas in the living room. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay there again.

Jim’s property was amazing. Extremely comfortable and well appointed down to the tiniest detail. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance as well as being close to the university. We would highly recommend this lovely rental!

Stylish and quaint Georgetown is such a cute and quaint town! This apartment is in a perfect location. You’re tucked away from hustle and bustle with privacy but in walking distance of the Square. The space is super clean and styled very cute! We slept great and the sheets felt really nice. Amenities are nice and thoughtful.We’ll definitely stay again!

Perfect Vacation Home We had an amazing time staying here! The communication from the property owners was excellent which made us all feel comfortable. The property is lovely, and came with everything we needed to feel at home. It was great to have a nice place to relax in beautiful Georgetown!

Charming House in the Perfect Location We loved our stay here. The house was super clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for the weekend. It's in a great location-really close to downtown but still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was easy and the owner was so nice, offering easy directions from the airport and some favorite spots to hit in Georgetown. An amazing place to stay!

The "Shed" This rental exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The unit was wonderfully modern yet cozy and very well appointed. Spotless and ample room with every amenity you could think of needing inside. The unit is close enough to walk to the downtown square, with sidewalks the entire way.The owners, Jim and Sylvia, were so gracious and very responsive. Such nice people! I literally can't say enough great things about our stay or the owners. Would definitely recommend staying here!!
