dec 26 horribly understaffed at the breakfast. Out of bowls silverware and multiple food items. Staff was trying but could not handle the client numbers. I have stayed at this location many times and this was by far the most disappointing stay

Little things:
Bright amber light over light switches lights up room almost as much as turning the light on.
Both sides of entry are smoking benches, couldn’t get away from smoke while waiting on car.
Why would you put rooms right above an after hours bar?
AC wouldn’t get cold. Laundry whites weren’t white.

We had a great experience here and will stay again. Friendly staff, good breakfast, close to many food options, and spacious suite. The indoor pool was not heated and very cold. (Only complaint)

This place is great! Close to shopping mall (you can walk to) eateries. Very clean. Staff is cheerful and very helpful. Food is great. I definitely will use this hotel again

The hotel is beautifully decorated, very clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious with many options! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family! We look forward to staying at this property again!
