Lovely hotel right by the river that runs through town. Friendly and accommodating staff. Convenient parking. The breakfast was great - lots of options and a great way to start the day! Despite being in town, we found the hotel to be quiet, which we appreciated.

Had a fantastic stay here. Extremely friendly and wonderful staff.

Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was exellent, and the owner and other personell are all very friendly and helpfull, and spoke English very well. We checked in early, were welcomed with a coffee. The location is perfect, very close to the lifts. When we return to Gerlos, we 100% will stay here again. Worth every penny.

This has to be one of the most under sold hotels. The quality of the hotel and owner were beyond our expectations. For me it over achieved it's 4x rating, with the quality of the accommodation and service offered. It should be noted that there was ample free parking at the front of the hotel which had not been mentioned in the write up, nor had the fact that Breakfast was also offered within the standard price and this again was exceptional.

Absolutely beautiful place, wonderful super friendly people, everyone with the smile. The most comfortable bed ever with the best pillows in the world! Thank you for your lovely place and excellent experience! We would love to come back again and again! The surrounding place has a small village feel with local shops and restaurants. We visited in the summer on our way through to Italy so only stopped one night.

Wir haben dort drei Nächte mit unserer kleinen Tochter verbracht. Die Inhaber und das Personal waren alle außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wij, 3 gezinnen met 6 kinderen en 6 personen aanhang zijn we een week bij Hotel Alpenherz geweest. Lekker dicht bij de Dorfbahn(lift). Een zeer vriendelijke eigenaar met idem personeel. Top ontbijt en alles was erg netjes en schoon. Geen warm eten maar in Gerlos zijn veel heerlijke restaurants. Echt van genoten en een aanrader voor gezinnen die op de prijs letten en geen half pension willen. Wij waren er van 17 t/m 24 februari 2024.

3 minuten lopen van skilift. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt. Zeer schoon. Vriendelijk personeel.

Super accueil, dévouement parfait de l'ensemble du personnel, notamment lors de l'arrivée vu mes problématiques liées à la réservation. Tout a été parfait, du début jusqu'à la fin du séjour. À recommander sans soucis.
