Very friendly, welcoming staff, especially Paulo. He made us so welcome, showed us all the facilities in the room, gave us excellent dining and recreational recommendations, and parked our car for us! Comfortable, clean room. Good wifi. Fabulous location for sightseeing, cliff-walking, bars & restaurants and the beach!

The staff was wonderful and so helpful throughout my stay. The room was very nice and clean and I loved the sky window! My partner and I appreciated how easy it was to walk to everything from the hotel. We absolutely would stay here again when we’re back in Zarautz!

I only wished we had a mini fridge and microwave, but the hosts were very helpful and accommodating

Stayed for 3 nights, excellent location, central and easy to find, very friendly helpful staff who supplied information on the town, restaurants etc. Comfortable room with good air con, coffee machine and sky light window. Would visit again.

This was a sufficient accomodation and like one reviewer said an upscale hostel-the pricing of over $165 was overpriced. There was no window to open for fresh air and the air conditioning was cut off in the middle of the night—to say the least we slept uncomfortably. The location is quite good and near the old center of town.
