The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean, but our second room didnt have a freezer and the room door wouldnt latch closed right.

I’m really impressed for what I spent it was well worth it. I’ve spent way more for poor condition hotels. Great friendly staff knew who I was the moment I said I had a reservation and I have never met him before. So I say we’ll done

Walked into my room and the toilet was clogged and there was blood on the walls of my shower. The staff was very understanding and upgraded my room. Everything seemed fine until I got a pending $150 charge that no one was able to tell me the reason for until day 3. I was told it would be refunded after check out. I’m 6hrs past check out and still haven’t received a refund. Very disappointing stay all in all. The friendliness and understanding of front desk staff was the only positive thing about this place. All in all I give it a 4/10

There is no coffee machine in the rooms, the hairdryer had been burned up at the plug-in, and obviously had been like that for a while, you had to basically get on your knees to take a shower my 10 year olds head hit the top of the showerhead, and the heater AC unit did not work and when it decided to it was super loud and you were not able to sleep. The pictures on the Internet do not show the true room. The staff was amazing and super friendly definitely will not be back.

This motel had duct tape on the back door lock, a hole in the door where the old deadbolt was (and where a crowbar could easily smash in) and the carpet was truly disgusting. The bedsheet had what I hope was a softener stain…. I overheard them tell a poor single mom with son in town for a soccer tourney, whose bathroom had an inch of water on floor and ceiling leaking, they would have to wait until the morning for maintenance to be called. And no refund. The desk clerk said, “I can give you 6 towels?” We left after one sleepless night and not using the shower. Still had to pay for second night.

Staff at front desk was great, Jamie was very friendly and accommodating. Room was fine, no issues. Wish breakfast had some eggs and sausage included.

Could have been a little bit cleaner in the rooms. Had 2 rooms as my father stayed in second room. 2nd he said he couldn’t sleep from noise and bugs crawling on him. Don’t think I would stay there again. But for the price is what you get.

The fire alarm was disabled and not in room. The door card reader was hanging out of the door. Very limited breakfast.

It literally took over 45 minutes for the front staff to check 3 guests in around 7pm!! NOT IMPRESSED with gal at front counter regarding computer check in
