Club Mahindra Sasan Gir

Staying in a tent in a Gir Forest, Delicious food at Club Mahindra, Gir, Devalia park Safari tour in Bolero you feel top of the world. Cleaning staff very good Especially Mr. Bharat who used to decorate our bed with towels & leaves, flowers etc. Also visit to Diu & Somnath temples was like a bonus.

We stayed for 3 days in Gir and had a great stay at club mahindra Gir, The resort is well maintained, all staff from reception are polite. BHARAT from housekeeping did a great job.. was very helpful. Highly recommend this place.

Stayed between May 4 and May 7 as CM member in Room 207,a studio room Room is just about adequate for 3 and is of a older model.Sofa cum bed cannot be adjusted.Kitchennette doesnt have a sink for washing and is very cramped.Lights r dim and I found it very difficult to read.AC was just about enough.Response by maintainance staff is good and very courteous Inspite of Gir being famous for ***goes and road side filled with them NO welcome drink was given.Menu was very basic No ***go dish,or even a ***go pickle.Cakes were monotonous and dry.Desserts need revamping.Staffs were courteous but chef needs to be more innovative Campus clean and well maintained.Check in check out was smooth.I would say supervisors chef and ***agers need to pull up their socks.Safari booking was smooth by reception personnel if we get permit online earlier. Mr Jadav Mr ***ick at the restaurant were very helpful even prior to check in. Trip to Somnath can be covered in 4 hours both up and down. No other shop or restaurant available near the resort.So be prepared for 2 or 3 meal packages at CM rates.If on a tight budget opt for studio rooms with kitchenette and take basics like rice,maggi,rice mixes and curd.U can rotate between restaurant and self preparation. Ask maintainance for all kitchennette equipment.Choose cooler climates to visit and club Dwarka.Highway to Rajkot is good and flight services from Rajkot too.Takes 4 hours from Rajkot.On the whole 4 on 5 for missing finer details like welcome drink starters , better desserts,and room comforts.

Visited Club Mahindra Gir in Mar-2024. Amazing location in th mids of forest. Had quality time spent with family. Food is also excellent. Morning walk was amazing but do not go outside resort as animals are moving sometimes. Very good housekeeping in room by Bharatbhai

The pillows and the towel arrangements in the room by Mr. Bharat was very good. It was a wonderful stay. The resort is very child friendly. The food options are wonderful and very unique. The pool area and the other play area are wonderful. A must visit for all family crowd and the safari has a 100% sporting chance.

HU rooms are very small with no space for extra bed & despite this, it is not communicated to members. We were 5 adults (3 senior citizens) and a toddler, booked 2 HUs but it was a struggle to be in the rooms. The ***agement at the resort is not helpful at all. Despite 2 studios & an HU being available on our second day (as confirmed by the CM app), we were blatantly denied an upgrade. And I had only asked them to change our 1 HU to a studio. The way they handled my request was very rude & lacked courtesy. Apart from this - 1. There was no pre-arrival call from the resort. 2. The rooms were not cleaned properly, there was dust on the floor on both days we were there. The veran*** outside the room was dirty with wrappers, ciggarates etc lying around at the time of check in. It was not cleaned the second day either. 3. House keeping is terribly slow. We had to ask for a towel at least 4 times before it was sent to the room. I have been to 15+ CM resorts and this experience was clearly the worst.

Room house kiping very clean by Bharat Bhai and club Mahindra gir resort nice big and beautiful nature a**osphere Club Mahindra all staff very well nature and co operat by all visitors last my gir club Mahindra trip very successful so I pramot all club Mahindra members went to gir

Very comfortable stay. Friendly and very welcoming.staff Simplest of things are taken care of. Be it room service, welcome at the reception or the service at the dining and not to firget the Safari arrangement. Wishing all the very best to Club Mhindra Gir....

We had a good stay at Club Mahindra Gir. The food , rooms and overall everything was excellent. The rooms were cleaned and maintained well by Harshad and Gautam. . they impressed us with their towel art and beautiful decorations with leaves. the sighting of lions during both...the gir safari as well as devaliya safari was the crowning glory. The lions came so close that we could have reached out and touched them...We couldn't have been closer than this. we visited during the first week of March ( 1 st to 5th). An ideal time to visit. Neither too hot nor too cold.
