Trip.com で支払い済みで、チェックインの受付係が雑費としてクレジットカードの提示を求めましたが、これはまったく妥当なことでした。しかし、100 GBP の保留中の請求がどういうわけか永久請求となり、丸 1 週間経っても返金されませんでした。ホテルに連絡しようとしましたが、失敗し、今はすべての書類を準備してクレジットカードの紛争システムを利用しなければなりません。これは、英国での 2 週間の旅行中にのみ発生しました。この Moxy には本当にがっかりしました。😕

The hotel is a nice one! It has all the Scottish style. The beds are comfortable! And the room is silent. The only downside is the toilet sink that was very stained looking very dirty.

I needed a bed for the night near to royal infirmary and it worked well my daughter thought it was more up beat than other hotels in Glasgow when she dropped me off

The hotel staff were very welcoming. I had to find my original email to prove we had paid for breakfast as it wasn't on there system? Good location with a varied breakfast and plenty of choices treated out in the locality, as well as the hotel. Almost forgot...a complimentary drink when we arrived. We mentioned at the point of departure that the room was simply too hot and we could not alter it, even though the window was open.

Breakfast was awful empty containers left on the service tables, we had 3 breakfasts and never saw mushrooms, when I asked if there was mushrooms the answer 3 times no we've run out. That's unacceptable for a paying customer breakfast is supposed to finish by 10am but to run out of items by 8.45 is bad management. Check in was chaos, waiting in the bar for the barman finished serving a large group drinks. I've never seen a hotel check in so chaotic not even Fawlty Towers. Room was small and the bed was uncomfortable. The best thing about the hotel is it's location. The over all vibe and decoration is not something I would expect in a hotel. I will not go back to this hotel, and will definitely not recommend it

Trendy and central, Moxy offers a fun, modern stay in the heart of Glasgow. The rooms are compact but clean, with comfy beds and good Wi-Fi. There’s no individual air-con, so it can get warm. Great social vibe in the bar/lounge, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. Ideal for short, casual stays.

The room was a good size and bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were varied and tasty. However, the desks in the room were very narrow and difficult to work on.

Breakfast was chaotic... Was told things woukd not be replaced even though there was still at least 40 minutes of breakfast service left.

Beautiful hotel. Had the most amazing time and the rooms are so homely and nice. Best experience.

Great location, rooms are cleaned daily, theres a small gym (dumbbells, one threadmill, punching bag, and a bench), microwave available as well along with other stuff. Both me and my friend did get bed bug bites so the room doesnt not seem as clean as it appears. Price was alright, but main thing is location, its right next to the train station which is convenient if your taking it to other cities.

The hotel was good , a city hotel but room was clean and fresh .
