Upon arriving we didn’t get the room we thought we booked from the website, instead an out of date room with non-functional sink drain, old thread bearing towels and joke for a shower/tub combination in the middle of room and toilet in a closet, seriously?? While the spa facility was nice, the towel police control is nothing a guest should manage for an over controlling management. To really expect a guest to bring a sweaty wet towel back to the room to exchange and not have a bin to leave dirty used towels, like an real quality hotel, plus extra towels to shower. Meals, we unfortunately chose half board, and left each even less than impressed with the food taste, quality or presentation. I can only thank the one main hostess at the restaurant, she worked non-stop servicing all the tables and always had a smile at dinner and breakfast. The Rooms in Belvenu are what we saw on the website, yet got the Gastof, and what I refer to as “bate & switch”, plus the food was nothing close to the photos you post. If we posted the photos of the salad of only greens that had been sitting out for hours before it was served.. Not only will we never return, and left two days early, but paid full rate, to experience a real hotel/spa and enjoy the last days of our holiday.

The Belvenu building is one of the most historically significant buildings in the gorgeous little town of Glorenza. Yet the rooms are very modernly furnished with all the amenities imaginable. Check-in is super easy even at times when there is nobody at the reception and the communication has been spotless. Breakfast wqs served in the Gasthof Grüner Baum, the building next door. The price was also very reasonable and fortunately the hotel is open in early-mid December, a very low season in the area.

Glurns/Glorenza is a perfect walled town in this perfect valley. And this hotel is a perfect find to stay in to enjoy this setting. Super comfortable rooms in this boutique hotel. Wifi works well. Restaurant has very good food. Recommended!

Una bella sorpresa arrivare a Glorenza la sera, quando è già buio, ed entrare tra le mura di questa bella città medioevale. L'albergo, come tutte le costruzioni locali, data di molti anni, ma è stato ristrutturato molto bene. E' moderno, con delle camere spaziose e ben arredate. I servizi sono al top. Dotato di una moderna spa (sauna finlandese, bagno turco) e jacuzzi esterna, dispone di un'estesa e ben arredata sala relax nel sottotetto, completamente ristrutturato. L'annesso ristorante-albergo Grüner Baum, al quale il Belvenu si appoggia per la cena e la colazione, è anche molto tipico e ben strutturato. La cena è stata abbondante, la colazione pure, oltre ad essere molto gustosa. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto buono.

Esperienza molto positiva in questo hotel situato giusto nel centro della cittadina. Non avendo un parcheggio attiguo, ti consentono di scaricare le valigie in piazza e poi ti consegnano un pass per parcheggi gratuiti (3 a Glorenza, appena fuori le mura) che dura tutto il soggiorno. Uno dei tre è a 50mt dall'hotel. Bel centro benessere. Accettano, in hotel, anche i cani, a 10€ cad. La colazione è ricca, e la cena ottima, soprattutto i primi. I vegetariani hanno una seconda scelta per quanto attiene i secondi. Noi, nel complesso, scegliemmo la mezza pensione. Camere pulite e spaziose. Piccolo neo: se a cena chiedi una birra o acqua frizzante, che probabilmente serbano al piano di sotto, dove c'è il ristorante aperto anche al pubblico, capita se ne dimentichino o impieghino molti minuti a portartele, quindi meglio fare un reminder

Schönes Hotel mitten in Glurns, für Motorräder gibt es einen überdachten Stellplatz, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber Frühstück und Abendessen wurde im benachbartem Gasthof eingenommen und war ebenfalls sehr lecker. Das Peronal war ebenfalls wunderbar.

Bin regelrecht in die Atmosphäre des Hotels eingetaucht. Hatte ein Einzelzimmer Nummer 22 im Boutique Hotel. Es war kein wie in anderen Hotels oft benachteiligtes Einzelzimmer, sondern ein Zimmer mit viel Stil, ausreichend Platz und einem 1,40 er Bett. Ein modernen Bad. Alles eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Und das im alten Gemäuer um 16. Jahrhundert. War tatsächlich und ist es auch heute „das erste Haus am Platz“. Wellness bezieht sich hier nicht nur auf den Saunabereich. Wellness zum Frühstück, welches man nebenan im historischen Hotel Grüner Baum auf dem 1.OG einnimmt, jeden Wunsch liest Lieselotte einem von den Lippen ab. Wellness beim Empfang, während des Aufenthaltes und zum Abschied durch Petra. Alles sehr persönlich, wenn man sie anspricht. Fast ein Gefühl wie Urlaub bei Freunden, obwohl ich zum ersten mal dort war, um in Sulden und im Schnalstal Ski zu fahren. Einzig das Restaurant fällt ein wenig ab, aber an den Tischen davor, auf dem zentralen Platz von Glurns, da fühlt man sich am richtigen Platz. Hier treffen sich zu jeder Tageszeit auch die Einheimischen, was für mich ein gutes Zeichen ist. Heureka, ich komme wieder, dann zu zweit. Einzelreisende finden hier Gleichgesinnte, diese Häuser ziehen offenbar solche Menschen an.

Très belle maison ancienne bien rénovée, moderne et douillette à l'intérieur. Grande chambre confortable. L'espace relaxation est ouvert à tous, chaleureux, et le bain à remous à l'extérieur avec vue est très agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner.
