Really badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel

Novotel hotel management should renovate rooms as soon as possible, it’s looking very old , I think they haven’t change their interior from last 20-25 years, running their hotel with same old interior,Rooms doesn’t give feel of Five star property. Very good for the family.

This resort is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast is also excellent with a wide variety of foods. A volleyball court close to the beach would be fantastic. The beach shacks close to the resort is also brilliant.

One of the best resort in South Goa, Absolutely incredible,We ate solely at the buffet restaurant as the choice of food was wide ranging and full of wonderful flavours. We were cared by the attentive and friendly staff they immediately learned of our liking. All staff that we came across were helpful and charming, special thanks to chefs for such a nice food spread and taking care of all our needs. Chef Arun is awesome thanks again for such a hospitality he came out and spoke with us at length after a scrumptious meal. Will be back soon

Without a doubt one of the best experience I have had , amazing breakfast spread not only that Chef Pankaj,who is amazing person to interact and understand his passion towards the culinary as well guests food habits nevertheless Chef Raju and chef Ashish are also very helpful and came up with alternatives to my food requirements ..one must try their buffet varieties Which are really great culinary journey ……

Truly thankful to the whole team at Novotel Dona Sylvia for making our stay delightful and unforgettable. Special thanks and Kudos to the whole F&B team managed by Chef Arun Vats who took care and catered to our every request making us feel great. Chef Pankaj, Chef Ashish and Chef Raju were also great in putting forth and amazing breakfast buffet with surprising mouth watering dishes each day. Looking forward to my next trip!

The room was clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food spread in the restaurant was fabulous and as our group was international, the restaurant improved the menu to include a more international selection. It was a wonderful stay and I personally hope to visit again soon.

Very comfortable stay n great food…staff is warm n made my bday special …would like to mention few names who I came across and were very warm n welcoming taking extra effort to deliver quality…Ruby, Nuny, Jesica, Krishikesh, Joswin, Sanju and Kartik…superb stay will wait till I come next
