Very tidy apartments, great communication, only issue was the milk on the fridge was off but thats all 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

the environment is good but the decro inside the room is not much similar to the picture they posted online. The rate is quite high.

Great location, walkable distance to Gold Coast central district. Spacious room with everything you need inside and parking spot available for hotel guests.will definitely stay again

This was a well located property for the price. Ten minutes walk to restaurants and heart of Surfer’s. Good for a small family. Pool and spa were great. Apartment itself was adequate. Carpet a bit rough, part of the dishwasher broken… but overall, a great place to stay. Not fancy but would definitely consider staying at this location again.

No views, long walk to mall, price increase of room due to air show, furniture needs up grade, room was notclean, some lights didnot work. Staff helpfull.

The check-in staff were lovely and the shared facilities of the pool, spa and BBQ area are very well kept. Great location only a few minutes walk to the beach and the centre of Surfers Paradise. The apartment (374) is quite outdated with dirty carpet, very outdated bathrooms and furniture. There was also a dirty face washer in the shower when we arrived. Would not stay again in this particular apartment. The online photos were much nicer than the apartment we were allocated.

The apartment complex was located an easy walk to Surfers Paradie and provided all the facilities to meet our needs (cooking, very good balcony with table and chairs, washing machine and outdoor Clothes Line). The office staff were very professional, helpfull and were able to provide the answers to all of our questions. One area for improvement is that it would have been useful to have a 'Welcome to Apartments Guide' which should include (1) how to operate the main TV and its assorted channels (I was unable to access any of the Free View TV Channles from this TV) and (2) how to contact the recieption outside of working hours - the sheet of paper provided on check in referred to the phone in the apartment - there was no such phone provided.
