Wyjazd w opcji all inclusive do hotelu 5*. Po wylądowaniu w Tiranie szybki transfer do hotelu, a raczej ok 200m od niego, bo kierowca zostawia ludzi na kamienistym zaśmieconym placu po środku niczego i zostajesz tam sam jak Travolta na lotnisku w Radomiu. Po dotarciu hotelu opłacenie taksy klimatycznej w recepcji i to jedyna rzecz która poszła sprawnie w tym hotel. następnie kilku godzinne oczekiwanie na pokój bo trzeba czekać do 14.00. no trudno, w końcu dostajemy pokój oczywiście samemu trzeba się dopytywać pilnować nikt ci w niczym nie pomoże nawet palcem nie pokażą w którym kierunku iść. Jesteśmy w pokoju i kolejne zaskoczenie no po prostu zwyczajnie syf, brudno piasek na podłodze kurz na sprzętach, nic nie wytarte dwie butelki wody z czego jedna odkręcona i niepełna. W łazience kabina, sedes, bidet, lustro, suszarka, umywalka, śmietnik, dwa wieszaki i to koniec, żadnej półki czy najmniejszej nawet szafki, wszystko zachlapane mokro, plamy na armaturze wszystko to zaschnięte lub takie śliskie, hym pięciogwiazdkowy hotel, serio???? czy to może kolonia letnia OHP. Pierwsza kąpiel po podróży i oczywiście kabina cieknie, pełno wody na podłodze, trzeba kłaść ręczniki, oględziny kabiny i wszystko jasne cieknie i będzie ciekło gdyż rdza przeżarła metalowy próg kabiny i zwyczajnie jest dziurawy trzeba uważać na rdzę aby się nie pokaleczyć. W pokoju jest sejf ale nie działa, jest czajnik ale żadnej szklanki czy filiżanki, przepraszam w łazience dwie szklanki oczywiście do mycia. nie liczcie na żadne tam jednorazowe szczoteczki do zębów, szlafrok lub przybory do szycia... nie będę się rozpisywał standardzie jaki musi spełniać hotel 5*.... jest klima, mini barek ale ledwo chłodny, przez cały pobyt pokój nigdy nie został sprzątnięty . idziemy coś zjeść, samoobsługa w formie bufetu jedzenie nieco zimne ale ok króluje kurczak i dania niby regionalne jest rybka i to co zawsze, surówki, sery, pasty, frytki typowo hotelowe jedzenie na poziomie mojego baru mlecznego, dużo ale widać, że chodzi aby było tanio, napoje z nalewaka typowa chemia z proszku, lub woda z dystrybutora, wszystko w plastiku nie licz na to, że tanie białe wino wypijesz w kieliszku do wina, nie.... obsługa stołówki, bo nie nazwę jej restauracją, bez cienia uśmiechu to chyba praca za karę, sztućce z plamami od wody wyparzarki to one nie widziały, dużo by jeszcze pisać, kawa o smaku wody z kałuży, herbaty nie zaparzysz bo nie dostaniesz wrzątku, śniadanie jajka parówki i to co zostało z kolacji, jedzenie wielokrotnie przetwarzane, odgrzewane, po obiedzie już wiedziałem co będzie na kolacje.... no to czas na bar z alko, no to już zupełne kuriozum, czegoś takiego nigdzie jeszcze nie widziałem, na barze kilka butelek bez żadnych etykiet, i ze dwie które mówią że to rum, prosecco i whisky.....po opróżnieniu którejkolwiek butelki barman sięgał po taki plastikowy baniak pod barem i uzupełniał te butelki w zależności od koloru, jak skończyła się whisky płyn był kol herbaty, jak kończył się niby gin to

In general the hotel is not so bad but I would not call it 5-Star because of poor experience we have during our stay. Pros: - clean rooms with everyday service, - very good WiFi, - private beach with lot of dock chairs Cons: - the hotel was made from cheap materials, build in 2018 is already deteriorating - very load, mostly rap music every day, for whole day to almost midnight coming from the hotel bar, - the same food everyday in all-inclusive option, there are 4 meals but all variants of the same, very greasy food with supper being just leftovers from dinner, - none of above meals have any labels, you have to guess what You are eating… - the very young and inexperienced crew which does not even know what type of wine they are pouring - with having only one white and one red on the stock (clearly no one train them at all), - the restaurant en carte where me and my partner were asked to leave because we came there to only drink some wine. I want to order better one because those white/red above were poured from plastic bottles… but waiter informed us that they do not serve drinks in restaurant (although there were a lot of it, only for show I guess…) I mean inside - where everything looks perfect. No, for people who want to spend a lovely evening with wine there were corridors outside, where everything looks cheap and wind was very cold. No surprise that this restaurant was always empty… - Maybe not the hotel but area around is boring and there are literally no places to go. The nearest bus to the Duress is 1 hour away by walking… So if You want to spend nice time with Your loved one - don’t choose the hotel. For families - I think is fine. If You like the same greasy food everyday. But not to see something outside the hotel because it is in the middle of nowhere. You can spend time at the beach and that’s it. Do not judge it by its stars. It’s not worth it.

I love this hotel the staff is so friendly the place is super clean every think is so correct i totally recommend this hotel even the food is so tasty, you can enjoy the night with live music and every Saturday parting with famous singers I LOVE IT

Best cocktails in Albanian Riviera! We spent sometime in the beach of this hotel as a part of our holiday in Adriatic sea in Albania. The beach was clean, the service excellent, but most of all cocktails at the beach bar near the pool was amazing!

Unfortunatelly, few situations happened which forced me to give low rate to this place. I can imagine, that whenever you travel not with travel agency (all inclusive option) and not during the season you migth have better experience starting from first day. RECEPTION DESK: check in is limited to charge you with local tax and giving a room card. No information about restaurant location, wifi password, meals - you can gather all this from instruction in room, but my experience is that all 5* hotels are taking care more about what they say you at the beggining. It is worth to add here, that our check in was processed by a women, who in the following days was in general rude - ironic smiles, disrespectful attitiude. Other reception desk workers, were much nicer and proffesional. ROOM-this point I believe was the most problematic for us: first room we got, had technical issues in bathroom. To use it, we had to stop breathing via nose as smell was disgusting. It was a little bit better after shower. Additionaly to that the shower tray was leaky. We reported that to reception and they ensured us, that this will be resolved. On following day someone used strong detergent and smell was just covered by it, but still problem was the same in few hours. Reception desk was not willing to change our room. On our second day here, in late evening hours (after 10pm.), there was a concert/party organized for local people spending time in hotel restaurant. Even though hotel has promende with building there, this party (and similar on following days) was orginized under the rooms windows, just between their two buildings. Having room in that part of hotel is terrible, whenever you want to sleep e.g. around 11 pm or even later. Music was definately to loud. After this situation and quite not nice conversation at reception desk (about having smelly room + extremly loud one), they found for us new room in another building part (it was done by the most helpful and nice girl there, which was really engaded in helping us, we were lucky she was there at that night). There was no smell, and music volume was aceptable in new room. We were able to sleep. It is worth to add, that first room had also no hand shower, only rain showers - what is uncomftable, the sheets also had a bad smell (I might be wrong but this was kind of low quality room, dedicated for ''all incl. guests'' who paid probably less, than regular once). In both rooms you will find kettle but no mugs. Glasses for water you get at the begginig of the stay wil be not changed for whole time. Beds are comftable. In both room there was a message on air-conditioner that filter needs clean up - some other guests had the same. FOOD: food is acceptable, a lot of good quality veggies. Just on snack time, you will get only full of carbs food (packaces, pizza etc.). From time to time, chef was preparing sth extra during the dinner (extra meal). Waiters are cleaning tables after eating but they do not put clean cutlery on

Hotel and surroundings good for the price. Cleanliness also good. Food is always the same, some of the plates are dirty, no crockery and cutlery for all the guests, drinking in paper cups, staff and service in the restaurant is very very poor, some of the People has no space in the restaurant, in the restaurant there are too few places to eat for all the guests. All inclusive booked but you still have to pay for fitness 5 euros for 2 hours, drinks are not included, big bar outside you have to pay for everything, small bar for all inclusive you can only order beer and soft drinks. The sea is ok Mediterranean style grass and waves. For me this is only a three star hotel. I am Albanian myself but I will not take any more holidays here unless they improve the things I have written.... The same food every day, dirty dishes. All inclusive version hopeless, drinks not good. Hotel for 3***. People outside use the pool, in the evenings very much boring in the hotel. Staff that constantly uses mobile phones at work and is not looking at the clients

We had lunch at this hotel it was amazing and super tasty all fresh seafood. You should try it too The staff was so wellcoming the place was all clean and the choises to decide what to have for lunch was so indecisive I recommend to all people this hotel it was a great experience .
