Nice place to stay

The bedding was advertised as premium bedding but the mattress was stiff and there was a very thing sheet to use to cover your body. The towels in the bathroom seemed old and crunchy. I was not offered a room upgrade but I asked for one because it was advertised in my booking but they did not upgrade me. Lo and behold, there was a very loud party outside my room, hosted by the hotel, every night, until 2am. There was no mention anywhere on the website if this disturbance. I barely got any sleep on this trip. The staff was nice and so was the beach area.

I went to the beach club for the day, it was beautiful. Service was impeccable, nice food.The guest relations manager Sezgi was so welcoming, personable and professional we ended up going there next 2 days as well, even though we had other plans. Recommend this place for a great day in Turkbuku.

The service staff is friendly and courteous. The beach club of the hotel complex is also very nice. Unfortunately, the Beachfront Sea View rooms are very disappointing. They are very small - I doubt that our room has 22 square meters as advertised and is significantly below. The shower has no hot water and the water pressure is negligible. The window in the bathroom fell out of its anchorage and luckily didn't catch us. The balcony can offer a great sea view, but only has space for 1 person - more than a simple chair does not fit on it. I don't normally write negative reviews online, however my attempt to resolve this with management did not work as I would have liked. All in all, unfortunately, it has to be said that our room category is far from keeping up with the price level called and the room pictures give a greater impression than the rooms actually have and the room pictures give a greater impression than the rooms actually have.

Beautiful and spacious! Staff as very helpful and food was great! We even got a free bottle of wine with our stay!

The hotel is very beautiful and very luxurious. The staff is friendly and professional. Be ready to climb stairs though! The beach club is pretty big compared to others and their restaurant is delicious. My only. complaint is that the restaurant service can be a bit slow- perhaps because we were there in peak season and the place was completely full. I also expected the room to be a bit bigger but it was still very clean, comfortable and fully equipped. If you are an early sleeper I would not recommend staying in the area, we stayed in 2 hotels in this area aside from 81 and the music runs until about 1am.

Stayed at No81 last year and did not hesitate to be back this year. Lovely view from room and great breakfast.
