We could not recommend this hotel more highly. They could not have been more helpful when we had to relocate from our chalet to the hotel in the middle of the night due to a local forest fire, and they made sure we always had the latest updates from the local emergency services in the following days. We were put up in an apar**ent which was perfect for us, and we even took advantage of the spa facilities which were wonderful. Our thanks to to everyone at the hotel for taking such good care of us.

The best thing about this hotel is the driver of the shuttle, since transportation is included in the hotel fee (the hotel has no restaurant and especially in the evening is tricky to come back in the dark, since the hotel is uphill). He is kind and hard working. Breakfast was also good, but what I did not like was the person at the reception, who I think was the owner. So rude and, as per Swiss culture, totally not flexible when we requested to be given information on other moment.

This hotel has nothing to do with 4 stars - amenities are rather old, there is a strange smell everywhere in the hotel, towels are greyish and shabby. Room is big and rather clean, but far from what you expect from 4 stars. Breakfast is quite basic.

Wir sind mit dem Rucksack zu Fuss angereist. Ziel war eine kurze Auszeit zu machen. Wir haben gut geschlafen, toll gefrühstückt, wunderbar gebadet bei strömendem Regen und sind am Abend pünktlich ins Restaurant gefahren und wieder geholt worden. Gern mal wieder.

Grosse Zimmer mit einem Tisch. Sauna, Dampfbad und Solebad sind wunderbar um nach einem Arbeitstag zu entspannen. Das Frühstück wird mit vielen frischen Produkten angerichtet. Für das Abendessen gibt es ein Shuttelbus, damit man nicht selber fahren muss.

La chambre n'était pas une Twin comme demandé, mais la réception a fait le nécessaire pour nous changer de chambre, en nous surclassant sans demander de supplément. Bonne literie, mais chambre à réactualiser. Bon petit déjeuner. Belle piscine.

Grosszügige Zimmer, alle sehr freundlich, top Fahrservice von/zu Bahnhof, Gondel oder Restaurant. Nette kleine Sauna und grosses Solebad. Einige Einrichtungen sind nicht mehr modern ("vintage"), was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Sehr gute Alternative, wenn man nicht direkt im Skigebiet logieren will. Massageservice ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne Zimmer mit Terrasse. Badezimmer zweckmäßig, aber renovationsbedürftig. Frühstücksbuffet und Gratis Kaffee- und Teeecke vorzüglich! Service höflich und zuvorkommend. Wermutstropfen: Fleck auf Nachttisch nicht eruierbar und Reaktion des Hotels kleinlich.... Sonst rundum zufrieden!
