立地はマリオボロ通りに近いですが、古いホテルなので枕カバーが擦り切れています。直してください。立地は良いですし、食事も美味しく、スタッフもフレンドリーです。

クラトンやマリオボロ通りからそれほど遠くありません。清潔さはまあまあですが、ホテルは混雑しているので、できるだけ早くチェックアウトするように言われる可能性が高いです。

バスルームはとても汚れていて、部屋にはティッシュがなく、タオルもとても臭くて汚れていました。外側は良いですが、内側は汚れています....ここで予約したことを本当に後悔しています

とてもひどいホテルで、シーツは血で汚れていて、衛生状態は非常に悪かったです。私は彼らにチェックアウトに行きましたが、シーツを交換して無料で宿泊できると嘘をつきました。私の写真を見てください。

初めてホテルに到着しましたが、ロビーがとても綺麗で、良いホテルを予約したと思っていましたが、部屋に着くと設備が非常に貧弱でした、ティッシュ箱がボロボロでした、シャワーヘッドがバスルームも壊れていてまったく使用できませんでした。さらに嫌だったのは翌日でした。布団を開けたら大きなシミが見つかったのは特別なケースではありません。4 人中 3 人がそれを発見しました。キルト、ホテルの衛生状態が非常に悪いことがわかります。

観光地に近い便利な立地にありながら、手頃な価格のホテル

家族旅行には十分素晴らしい場所ですが、残念ながら朝には水がなくなり、私と家族は入浴できませんでした。おそらく私の部屋だけで起こったのでしょう。

部屋はまあまあですが、掃除が不十分で、バスルームも汚いです。シャワーの水の排水がスムーズに流れず、水がバスルームの床に足元まで溜まっています。 それから、ホテルは宿泊客で忙しかったにもかかわらず、チェックインサービスにも非常に時間がかかりましたが、このホテルはお勧めしません。

中心部にあり、安全な立地です。スタッフはとても親切で、朝食も用意してくれました。ありがとうございました。

I booked & paid room for 3 person (me & 2 kids). But they only provide set towel & amenities for 2. We asked additional for 1 person. At first they refuse to provide and said the regulation only for 2. While I said that I have declare i book for 3. The room is quite spacious but outdated, and poorly maintained. The water pressure from the shower was extremely weak, making it very uncomfortable to use. Considering the price we paid, the experience was disappointing and felt more like staying at a RedDoorz budget hotel. It simply wasn't worth the premium rate charged.

They have swimming pool and quite nice garden. BUT The hotel staff were indifferent, the waiting area or lobby was hot. The security were very unhelpful with parking, despite the hotel being located on a busy highway, they really needed to assist. The food was bad; undercooked and tough and very basic like a small eatery. Imagine, the salad was served with raw corn and raw green peas. The bathroom amenities were very minimal, like they were just there. Only the cleanliness of the towels and bed could be said to be good. Other than that, everything else was just so sooo.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location—really close to Malioboro. The room is big and spacious, but you can tell it’s an older hotel, so a little update here and there would help. At first, I was worried the room wouldn’t be clean or might smell musky, but it turned out just fine. The breakfast buffet doesn’t have many options, so don’t expect too much. Overall, I’d still recommend this place if you just need a decent hotel for a night or two.
