I was very upset and disappointed! We booked our room early December for a 2 bedroom with 5 guests my confirmation even shows 2 bedrooms. When we arrived and checked in we only had a 1 bedroom. This was for my daughters birthday sleepover. She now had to cancel and not have a sleepover. For her right now this is the worst night of her life. They basically told us they gave our room that we had booked away to someone else for no reason. Now my child does not get her party because they gave our room away for no reason. Will never have anything to do with this company again they should be ashamed as this is not the first time it’s happened according to reception.

I'll say this, God help you if you end up on the bottom floor and there is a kid running around above you. The building must be pretty old as there is no noise barrier from too to bottom. If they know there is a kid in the family, put them on the bottom floor.

One of the few good options off the TLH. They do everything right. Only problem is the typical motel very thin walls where you hear your neighbours and people talking outside. Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch.

Staff were amazing and beds were very comfortable. Small but nice fitness center. Breakfast was ok

Quiet location, great staff. Basic continental breakfast that got you started. Rooms were good size, we had a suite with a kitchenette so that was a big plus. We hung out one night at the propane fire pit outside, which was set up very nice. I'd stay again and recommend.

Property was clean but building is old. Wooden floors that squeaked and could hear people walking upstairs. Staff and cleanliness was excellent

Really good service, accommodated a room change for us, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Room was clean spacious overall good, parking was great, and location was great. For being a chain, I was Disappointed there was no microwave in the room tho.

Nice and clean hotel, the best in Town. Excellent service and great people at the front desk. Room was big, clean, great TV set, bed was comfortable.
