確定：房間內就還可以吧，我認為還有很大的進步空間 優點：酒店泳池確實挺好看的，mini吧的東西也都是免費的，早餐也很豐盛！ 另外攜程上面寫的spa免費是錯誤的提示🙄️

We spent five days at the Airelles in Gordes as a family of four. Definitely one of the top hotels in Continental Europe. Yes there is the unique a**osphere in this „Bastide“, not to the mention its incredible location, setting and the views you get across the Luberon. But there is also the top-notch service quality which is second to none. And there are the people working at this property which made us feel at home the moment we arrived - Elio and Lorenzo for example, just to name two. This is what true luxury in 2024 looks like - what a great hotel!

J'ai eu la chance de faire pas mal de 5 étoiles dans ma vie et la Bastide de Gordes vient de monter la barre plus haut que tous les autres. Le nombre d'attentions et de surprises qui vous y attendent est incroyable, de mes bagages que je retrouve avec un tag frappé à mes initiales dorées aux cadeaux dans la chambre, en passant par le service impeccable, généreux, sans obséquiosité. Chambres d'un confort absolu, petit déjeuner dantesque. Les animaux y sont aussi bien accueillis que les humains, du jamais-vu. Je ne ferais qu'une critique (qui aime bien châtie bien): quand j'ai demandé si le restaurant pouvait me préparer deux sandwiches basiques pour le midi, on m'a répondu "pas de problème, pour 37 euros". J'ai d'abord cru qu'il s'agissait du prix des deux, ce qui me semblait normal pour un 5 étoiles, mais c'était par sandwich, sachant qu'en tant que végétarien, je ne prenais ni caviar ni boeuf wagyu ou autre produit exotique hors de prix. 74 euros les deux sandwiches, donc: il y a vraiment un gros dérapage et une vraie erreur commerciale sur ce point, quel que soit le nombre d'étoiles du lieu, d'autant plus étonnant que si le restaurant n'est pas donné, il n'est pas non plus insensé et affiche des prix correspondant au standing du lieu. Ca n'a pas entaché mon séjour, je n'ai juste pas pris les sandwiches en or massif, je ne suis pas cinglé. Tout le reste est d'un luxe hallucinant, bravo.

We have stayed at some of the nicest hotels in the world and this one ranks right up there with the best of them. The view is spectacular, the location in Gordes is great, the service is cheerful and attentive without being intrusive, the rooms are ornate and whimsical…I really can’t say enough. The concierge was so helpful and the spa trea**ents we had were wonderful. The pool is just as beautiful as it looks in photos. Despite the old world charm of the hotel, there is no shortage of new world amenities…the gym is new, the A/C works well (funny but that’s sometimes a tricky thing in old hotels!), and all of the bathrooms in the entire place including the rooms are immaculate. If you’re considering staying here definitely do it! We can’t wait to return!

Solene, our server, made our experience eating at Airelles in Gordes absolutely amazing. Having Solene as your server is something to experience. She is poised, kind, friendly and a world class professional. Prices at the restaurant are pretty high, but having that food, which was perfect, and the excellent service made it worth it. And to top it off, Solene is a dog lover. Our kind of person.

This place is the most beautiful hotel that I have ever stayed at. The building and location are just jaw dropping. The service was phenomenal as well. The little details from the warm reception (greeted with hot towels and a personal tour), to the candles glowing in the library, to the personalized luggage tags that they gave us when we left, it was service at its finest. The food is also wonderful and the restaurant views are to die for. It was magical getting to stay here.

We had lunch in the l’Orange restaurant and enjoyed excellent food and service. The service is exceptional and we were given a very warm welcome and all the staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. There is a very good wine list with some exquisite wines and champagnes and the menu has fish, some seafood and meet. The views are spectacular over Gordes. Would recommend.

Un lieu créateur d’émotions dans l’esprit maison de famille. On y retrouve l’exigence du service, du produit, le sens du détail, avec des équipes exceptionnelles! Je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier Alexis pour sa gentillesse, son amabilité et son sourire.
