パシャベル ホテル - 大人限定(Pashabelle Hotel)

Very nice hotel , just outside city center so away from madness of tourists rush. Wonderful trails nearby. Breakfast is nice . Wonderful reception staff , very helpful. Highly recommended. There are no elevators so heavy bag carrying can be an issue. Breakfast served on third floor terrace .

I have spent one night as a member of tourists group. Hotel does not follow own cancelation policy (24 hour prior) and charge the clients full cost. There was no lingerie for one bed. plus kitchen and breakfast is terrible. without any hygienic condition one of our members find bunch of human hair in tea.

My husband and I stayed at this amazing hotel for two nights we really enjoyed the views . The room was so clean and it was decorated so nice and warm . The staff were so friendly and kind . Especially Ebad and Arezoo .

I stayed at this hotel 1st of may for 2 nights.....i have to thanx the manager of hotel . Specialy thanx to Arezo ,Ebi and Eli .....they behaved us as their family. Hotel is very nice and cozy and very clean. If i want ho back to Kapafocia again .....100 percent i will go to Pashabelle hotel again and again. H.panah ....from Iran

The staff provided excellent and prompt support during the entire stay. It will definitely stay there again the next time am at capadocia

booked a room for three people. At the entrance, it turned out that inside the room there is a strong smell of mold. The hotel staff said that they do not care that we are uncomfortable and we can move out, but they will not return the money. Also in the room for three people, there were very uncomfortable mattresses. Very disappointed with the hotel. Highly not recommend

Was staying in another hotel for 5 days, was fully packed and couldn’t extend our stay at that hotel and just wanted to stay nearby, so checked in next door. Unfortunately, no water running since the day we checked in, no drinking water, no working channel, we had to leave and check in into another hotel just to take a shower, brush our teeth. We left the hotel the same day, went back just to take our luggages the next day, we called *******, they said they’d help but instead the hotel owners said we stayed there and left just an hour ago, and haven’t heard from ******* ever since. Didn’t get no help, no refund, nothing. Super worse experience.

I stayed at Pashabelle Hotel for three nights in the beginning of June and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are quite modern and are very decently sized. Sure, the hotel is located just outside the center of Göreme, but this wasn’t a problem at all, since it’s only a fifteen minute walk to the city center. Mira was an absolute wonderful host and went above and beyond to help me make the most out of my trip to Cappadocia. From arranging transportation to making arrangements for me to get a COVID test, nothing was too much to ask for. Overall I’ve had a remarkable stay with great value for the price I paid. Thanks again Pashabelle Hotel, I’ll be back!

Really nice clean hotel. No hot water for 2 times wanted shower but sure will be fixed
