I stayed here at the end of an Intrepid trip and it was so comfortable. Rooms are a good size, the breakfast included is fabulous, and the pool is large and clean. In saying that - the best part of this hotel is the staff. They were always so friendly and helpful and on my last morning my ride to the airport was late in arriving. A lovely staff member called Emrullah came to reassure me and was more than happy to help find the company responsible for the pickup. Location is great being an easy walk to town, and although it looks plain from the outside - this hotel is a hidden gem. Stay here!

Hotel vastly exceeded my expectations. 5 min walk to restaurants and shops, plenty to go at. I can’t understand why the rating isn’t 9+! Hotel spotless, rooms refreshed everyday, regardless of how many days you stay. Rooms are full of character and charm, plenty of hot water. Breakfast is huge, you can eat in dining room, out in the courtyard or by the gorgeous pool whilst looking up at the views. Best part ? The wonderful staff, who literally can’t do enough for you. I had early dawn flight and out of nowhere came coffee, juice and a breakfast sandwich, such kindness. Highly recommend this lovely, calm and authentic hotel. Enjoy 😀

Room was clean, beds and pillows had seen much better days, air con worked very well, bathroom was small and could be cleaner, shower door wasn’t functional. Value for money, it’s fine, 10 mins walk to shops. Opposite where the balloons go up in the morning, walk across the road and go see them early, it’s fab. Breakfast was adequate. Very nice pool area.

Hotel on edge of town. Decent walk to restaurants and shops. Hotel itself is nice, has a pool and good breakfast. Room 205 had a broken toilet~seat and lid not attached so dangerous for those mid night loo trips. The lights were temperamental and flickered. Three power points...2 hidden by couch! Moved fridge out to use power point and was burnt by the element. Room was spacious, couches in lobby. Ok but not amazing.

Checked into Ciner Hotel. About a 30-minute walk from downtown Gerome, with no restaurants nearby. Room 204. Small room with king bed, two chairs and a worthless table. No luggage racks so had to put our bags on the floor. No desk but able to use the cabinet holding the refrigerator for my work. One outlet available on either side of bed. No in-room safe. Bathroom shower with plastic doors. Hotel provided small bottles of body wash and shampoo, no conditioner or body lotion. The toilet is one of the old very low models and you must shut the bathroom door to sit down on the toilet. Bed was soft with a nice duvet cover, but only two pillows. Breakfast was vegetables, meats, cheeses, bread and jam. Brewed tea available, but not coffee. Hot egg dish and hot dogs available. Indoor or outdoor seating.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Only one drawback was that wifi was not at its best in the rooms. However it worked well in lobby and breakfast area.

Very good hotel with comfortable and spacy rooms, a swimming pool with music and bar, fridge and airco in all rooms. Rich breakfast is included for unseen price. This family friendly hotel provides everything you need for a great experience in Goreme.

All was good

The room was a nice size. The room furniture and decor was tired and the towels smelled like tobacco smoke. Limited English by the staff, however when needed they came through with answers. The breakfast was plentiful however the hot things were not very warm. The location made it difficult for walking, yet good views of the morning balloon lift offs.
