チャーミングケーブホテルで忘れられない滞在ができました。私たちが到着する前に、ホテルは私たちの気球飛行とカッパドキアの日帰りツアーの手配を手伝ってくれました。ホテルのチームはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、私たちを本当に歓迎してくれました。ホテル自体は素晴らしいです！私たちは洞窟スイートが大好きでした。とても広々としていて、ジャグジースタイルのお風呂がありました。屋上のポッドでの朝食は素晴らしく、町の素晴らしい景色を眺めることができました。忘れられない経験をしてくれたチャーミングホテルに感謝します。

I would like to file a complaint against Charming cave hotel in Goreme Turkey. I booked this hotel for one room seven months ago and am eagerly anticipating my trip next month. However, I received a message today stating that my booking has been cancelled by the hotel. I reached out to the owner to inquire about the reasons behind this decision. The owner mistakenly assumed that another guest with the same last name as mine would be accompanying me and claimed they don’t accept group bookings. Despite I told the owner that my booking should not be impacted and asked for confirmation to keep my booking. The owner refused to provide assurances that I can keep my booking. So I have to cancel without other choice. In fact, when I used the link to confirm the cancellation, I got a message saying I booking is already cancelled so I cannot cancel again. I also found out that the price for the same booking has gone up from €300 to over €600, which perfectly explains why the owner wanted to cancel my booking for a ridiculous reason. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially considering I haven’t even arrived in the country

We booked a trip for May half a year ago. Yesterday, we asked the Charming Cave hotel about the hot air balloon information. They replied that they had booked a hot air balloon trip for us. We said we hadn't decided yet and would book it later. Then they directly cancelled our hotel reservation. This hotel no credibility at all. Cancelled our reservations for leaving free spots for a better price from orders in the peak season. I highly recommend you NOT to book with them.

Upon receiving news of death of gfather not being able to make the trip, requested for a refund or extension — staff/owners were unhelpful, condescending and with zero sympathy. They were the only hotel who were shockingly horrible about this whole situation. Every other hotel expressed sympathies and refunded in a heartbeat / was polite about the whole situation

From.booking to the very last minute, this experience for me and my wife was outstanding. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff were very helpful and happy. The main host in reception was Ibrahim, and his knowledge of the area,along with his exceptional character, was a real delight, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our short break, and recommend this to all our family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay at Charming cave hotel. First of all, it is really charming. It is very nice and cozy. The room was nice, with everything you need for your stay. Great location. Beautiful terrace with the best view. Very nice set up for taking photos with balloons. Service was really attentive and kind. And the breakfast, we enjoyed it very much, home cooked dishes, everything was very fresh and tasty, every day they changed it a little. The breakfast terrace has also wonderful view. If we will come to Cappadocia again, will stay at Charming cave hotel for sure.
