Great value considering the low price and the fact that while it is a room above a pub, it's clean and has updated linen. Power plugs in a more convenient location than most of the pricier hotels I've stayed in. Shared bathrooms - there are two full bathrooms side by side so there was no rush for them. It was actually great to have a pub downstairs, because you can get dinner there, and if you don't have anything on or are stranded waiting for your car to be fixed like I was, when you check out at 10.00am the public bar opens, then the kitchen opens at 11.00am. Friendly workers and relaxed atmosphere. A bit further from the train station than I would have liked but the taxis in Goulburn are pretty efficient and you can get an Uber some of the time.

I went to The Gordon for Fathers Day lunch with my Father and Mother. The Pub was older style which I loved. The meals were all outstanding and most of all the bar staff were very polite, happy and extremely helpful. I highly recommend anyone wanting a great meal and an awsome pub, then go to The Gordon in Goulburn.
