I read every review before selecting this hotel (and I did not book a package through any provider). The trip started off to a different step but there is something different to this experience. Keep reading! Upon arrival the man at the gate could not find our booking but reception did and that felt great! A nice lady checked us in and another man helped us with our bags to our room. Great service! I had emailed the hotel ahead of our stay to see if there were any free upgrades available- cheeky I know, but we were celebrating my birthday and as a single mom, I had to try! Because why not? The hotel did respond that there was upgrades available but for a charge, which I expected, and they also informed me about some birthday packages, but I politely declined as this is not what I was interested in but great to be informed. We were placed in a room that has three single beds, so we ended up pushing two of them together (as it was only my young child and I). The balcony was nice size, and has a place to air dry your swim wear. This room overlooked the "relax" part of the hotel and the dinner area where they cook the food. I could see a tiny bit of the ocean through the trees. There was a minibar in the room with loads of options per day, and better than most hotels! The air conditioning is not on as it is currently out of season, and although the first sleep was a bit rough, again keep reading! On our first night at dinner the staff could not find us a seat and when we asked for assistance to find a spot in the dinner area the staff just left us and so we sat ourselves in the pool bar area not set up for dinner. This is where I would have given the hotel 4+* instead of 5*. To be quite honest, this birthday trip was turned into quite a fun magical dream! Even though it may not seem like lots of magic, it was amazing for us. The Guest Relations team got in touch and turn the entire week into the most fabulous holiday - and most especially for my birthday! Adnan, Mustafa, and many others made our stay so so incredibly special. From the amazing 5* attention/service at all meal times and in between (after the initial seating issue), to a room upgrade, to the feeling of always being taken care of, it was absolutely spectacular service and I hope to come back here each year for a holiday in Kemer area. This is based on customer service alone! This was the first all inclusive holiday both my child and I said we want to visit again soon. Thank you everyone, we had a blast visiting your special place, thank you for the surprise of decorating my room for my birthday and the surpise cake!!! **Also, on my birthday, I could not find my son and searched everywhere, (and I freaked out -as any mother would), and AGAIN Adnan, and the hotel team located him right away!!! Everything is amazing. We hope to see you all again sometime soon.

Great hotel,with amazing location and views , clean rooms , friendly helpful staff, amazing food selection and great selection of drinks The entertainment team are so much fun and make you feel very welcome. Fun for all the family and couples a like

We are staying in Seven Seas life hotel Kemer, we originally booked an diffrent hotel in Antalya we 4 weeks before we were going go I read bad reviews however we browsed to changed hotels and we came across this hotel Severn Seas Life, I came honestly say we made the best decision, so happy with our decision

Great time! The entertainment staff were superb! Shout out to Can! They entertainment staff have made this a trip one to remember, remembering all of our groups names and calling us to get involved in all The fun activities! Can’t wait to come back to Seven Seas next year! 10/10!

Feel the need to write a review to say honestly the pros and cons of this hotel. We booked based on the reviews but our experience was quite different. Pros: The staff are hard working and helpful. Very friendly with the children. Pools are very clean and the pier and beach is lovely Gardens are immaculate Kids club, football pitch and slides are great Entertainment in the evening is incredible, saw some fantastic shows in the amphitheatre Cons: The bedrooms are basic and tired Having stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels this is certainly not in the same league Food was the same with a few tweaks every day which became very boring unfortunately. The sushi was terrible, I would have rather they did it well or not at all The main hotel and lobby and indoor restaurant is very dated and 90's feeling Very limited wine/beer selection **Please note we booked through Sun Express and as a family of four were given a bedroom for 3, we had to pay an additional €400 to upgrade to a room which would actually accommodate all of us.

I enjoyed the stay here. Food was delicious. I didn’t like that towels should be ready to borrow on the beach not in the main building. Room was spacious but we didn’t have the new ones. Sea is clear but I recommend water shoes because of the stones.
