16 レイクス ホテル(16 Lakes Guesthouse)

Going to bed I was ready to give this place a 5. But there was an event in the evening which included loud music. According to the front desk they were told to end the music by 11pm. However it did not end until 3am. Needless to say I could not fall asleep with the boom-boom-boom. Because of the lack of sleep it ruined my stay and the next day since I was so sleepy. There is no reason the management did not enforce their 11pm curfew on music. I guess they cared more about the event people than their hotel guests.

We only came as a couple for food. We sat outside and had the best service and food. It was all delicious. Two nights on the trot Will definitely recommend. All the staff were very attentive. Beautiful place

We had a wonderful stay here after visiting Plitvice National Park! The pool was relaxing and enjoyable. The food and wine were great and the staff was wonderful!

Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Hot tub unavailable because empty and rooms are not that soundproof. Overall good stay.

We have booked a 2 night stay at the hotel while visiting the National Park. The hotel is easily accessible about 10 minutes from the park. Our room was ready upon our arrival around 2pm. We have booked one of the family suites. The whole hotel is very clean and everyone was very helpful. The pool area was just the perfect place to relax. The food very beautifully presented and tasted amazing, especially the lava cake. ☺️ We have also used the hot tub. You need to pre book this and is charged extra. And we have also enjoyed a lovely massage, again you need pre book this. My only recommendation would be to include the breakfast in the cost of accommodation, the breakfast was additional €54 for family of 4.

I stayed here with my 2 teenage sons. Amazing facilities, lovely staff, beautiful restaurant and pool. We used this as our base to explore Plitvice National Park. Staff happy to advise on best way to explore park, etc. Only 7 mins from Entrance 1. Would have stayed here longer if we could. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at 16 Lakes hotel! The hotel was very close to a Plitvice entrance, which was perfect. The room was immaculate, the woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful, and the pool was clean. Don’t miss the delicious breakfast! Highly recommend this property.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend. New, clean and fresh, hotel and room was in great condition. Restaurant was good and the breakfast well worth it, great selection of food for the money. Perfect location, only 10 minute drive to entrance 1. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Giving us tips on the route to follow the next day.

Wonderful staff/great restaurant in a beautiful and quiet setting. The rooms were spotless and modern. Close to Plitvices National Park. The restaurant has many choices and a very nice wine list. Very nice Pool. Morning breakfast was satisfying.
