ポーツ オブ コール リゾート(Ports of Call Resort)

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and attentive. I wish it were directly on the beach however it’s about a 6 minute walk or there is a shuttle to take you. Also there is a private section on the beach. Lots to do within a walking distance. I will visit again.

The staff were sooo friendly and helpful! The resort is close to most of the popular areas as well. However, there are no elevators so imagine carrying all of your luggage to the 3rd floor. Also, the water was off for a few hours due to a pipe busting and we saw a few roaches. You also have to close the door really hard to your room or it will remain open. If it wasn’t for the helpful staff, I would of gave the place a 2 star.

We arrived at the property the Front Desk person was awesome. Kirk was very helpful! Bartender Weston was very knowledgeable his a great asset to the company! We seen the staff cleaning and beautifying the location as we were there! We wasn’t far from the grocery stores and restaurants! Nothing bad to say about this property!!

Internet service non existent, you would think its dial up from 1980 and not 2023. Breakfast was terrible, hair in the scrambled eggs, request to have boiled eggs and was refused. Hotel was empty our 2 rooms and probably another 4/5 guests max diring our stay. Request a better room with internet reception and was refused. Killed 4 cockroaches in my room. Moldy smell in the room, very unhealthy

The hotel was very small and quiet. It’s in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and entertainment. Wish the hotel offered more food options and had a better bar.

Besides the air conditioning so loud I had to change my rooms and the hot tub jets were not working. I had a great stay at this hotel, close to the beach, some restaurants and shopping.

This was a wonderful, renovated and immaculate hotel in the heart of everything. No need for a car if you stay here. Pool and room were lovely as were the super friendly employees. Will recommend and stay there again myself! One small criticism is there was no elevator.

The supermarket is practically next door so you save a lot of money with that ! Beach is across the way .

The property is a walkable distance from the Grace Bay beach.
