Terrible and unclean hotel No wifi ac broken tv only with German channels Room was dirty and sheets smelled of cigarettes beds are destroyed carpet is nasty furniture is dirty and looks like a hotel from the soviet era German guests were treated better than the Italian ones our ac broke during the heatwave and staff couldn’t care to have it fixed this hotel should have a 1 star rating it’s the worst hotel I have ever been avoid at all cost! I will formally complain at the tourist board of Grado don’t get fooled by the positive reviews stay away from this place

Massive thank you to the Europa Hotel for ensuring we had such a fabulous evening for our work Christmas dinner! From the entertainment to the food - everything was perfect and all staff went above and beyond! Exceptional service and would definitely recommend!

The only positive thing about this hotel is its location, not too far from the beach. In room 207, the Air Conditioning is barely working and extremely noisy. Impossible to sleep if you leave it on. The only channels available on the miniature TV are in German, not even in Italian! The best rooms are on the 3rd and 4th floors that seem to be reserved for the numerous Austrian tourists who seem to be the master of the hotel.

Wir waren zweitemal in Grado,erste mal in Hotel Europa.Man liest viele schlechte Kritiken,uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.Das Zimmer war in Ordnung,sehr sauber,jeden Tag schön geputzt. Das Rezeptionpersonal außer eine junge braunhaarige Dame (sie war leider unfreundlich) war sehr lieb.Ein junger Mann hat uns beim Anreise alles sehr freundlich erklärt.Mir war besonderes lieb die blonde Dame,die jeden Abend uns bedient hat wenn wir was trinken wollten.Sie war meine Sonneschein.Sie hat immer sich Zeit genommen mit uns bischen reden,auch wenn sie viel zu tun hatte. Der Küchenchef,Herr Gianni Brullo ist ein Wahnsinn.Was er jeden Abend auf das Teller gezaubert hat.Wie er sein Job liebt sieht und spürt mann.Vorallem HP kostet 15.00Euro/Person/Tag und von dem Geld hat er jedesmal echt sehr verschiedenes und sehr leckeres 3 gängige Menü gekocht.Er ist ein Gentleman und sehr talentiert. Das Frühstück war hervorragend,hat nichts gefehlt,war riesige Auswahl. Die beide Damen die uns bedient haben waren auch sehr lieb,aber schon sehr müde.Meine Meinung nach sollten Sie bischen mehr Freizeit bekommen,liebe Hoteldirektion 🙂 Ich komme selbe von der Gastronomie,ich sehe alles mit andere Augen.Ich weiss wie schwierige Arbeit ist es und diese Leute habe echt sehr viel Mühe gegeben.Vielen Dank dafür,Sie haben unsere Urlaub wunderschön gemacht.Und liebe Gäste,nicht vergessen,wir sind keine Königen und Königinnen.Es ist noch immer einfacher Gäste zu finden als gutes Peronal 🤫🙂😘
