There was a cockroach in the wall of our room. While the staff were setting up the extra bed, the cockroach crawled back into the wall, and no one acknowledged it or apologized. I had originally booked a double queen room, but instead of moving us to the correct room or relocating us, an extra bed was brought in from the hallway where it was stored with other items and squeezed into the room. We waited a very long time for the bed to be set up.The maintenance staff who handled the bed were kind and professional. However, the two front desk staff members we interacted with—both at check-in and when we came down to report the issue—were very nonchalant, did not address the situation appropriately, and did not offer any apology, which made the experience even more frustrating and disappointing.

Fecies in toilet and toilet backed up when checking in. Bed sheeds dirty and hair on them. Dirty toilet water on floor from having toilet plunged. Room was bad. I slept in my vehicle as I did not feel confortable in this room.

For the price this is the best hotel bed sleep I think I’ve ever had. It was a last minute decision and I just wanted a couple hours of sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel looks next to nothing like the pictures. First room they gave us the bed was covered in brown "stuff" and the room was a disaster. Second room wasn't much better. Sheets weren't clean, no hot water, just flat out dirty.

Budget hotel with big hotel experience everyone was great helpful pleasant

When checking in, it took forever for a staff member to show up at the front desk. Once she did, she seemed super disoriented, confused, and careless. Everything in the room was filthy. Even the hallways had trash, furniture and people constantly taking up space. The bathroom was filthy and the water pressure in the sink was horrible. After mentioning it to the front desk lady,... she sent up a maintenance guy who told me that I was lucky to even have that type of water flow when other rooms had none. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the heating unit sounded like it was going to come flying off the wall. All throughout the night there were sketchy people out in the parking lot and lots of screaming. This was literally the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed at, in my 33 years of life.

Ken the GM and his family are amazing. The rooms aren't what you expect but for a 2 week stay it was decent. Be careful because of the people they allow to stay there because they become friends with the homeless people and let them stay in their rooms

Cheap.is what I paid for, and that's what I got. Property is run down.

Nothing good to say about that dump. From staff to facility, TERRIBLE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
