酒店的位置很好，算是很市中心了。景點就在邊上，出門走一段就可以到格拉納達王宮。吃飯也很方便，周邊有很多餐廳。

Having had a pleasant stay in october 2023 in the suite we enquired about available for our next holiday , April 2024. This was never intended to be a confirmed booking and we thought no more about it until today when my credit card was charged for one night stay . Contacting them they say this was taking in accordance with their booking policy as we failed to arrive. They also say we had a confirmation sent and copied me an email that I am certain I never received. I will be discussing this with my bank. Beware if you talk to this hotel that they believe you are making a reservation and be certain to cancel if you cannot attend

Parti comuni molto belle e caratteristiche con un patio veramente stupendo. Personale alla reception gentile e professionale. Peccato che la camera (junior suite) sia di pessimo gusto oltre che maleodorante. Il bagno senza nessuna ventilazione. La colazione di bassa qualità con solo prodotti industriali per quanto riguarda la parte dolce. Credo che almeno una spremuta d’arancia in Andalusia potrebbero offrirla visto che la colazione costa 10 euro!

We stayed for two nights for our first visit to Granada. The location is just a short walk in any direction from various points of interest. Very near the cathedral area which is a warren of shops, restaurants, bars and souvenir stores. In another direction the Plaza Nueva from where you can walk up to Alhambra. Staff were very friendly and called us a cab for our return to the train station. Breakfast was enjoyable in the outdoor courtyard. Our room had a safe and we had no problem with noise from the busy lanes around the hotel. Overall an excellent value and the location allowed us to make the most of our time in this very enjoyable town.

A good location, a street over from Grand Via. It's an old, small place and the only real downside was that it needs a bit of refurbishment. Not sure if all the rooms are the same, but ours was a tight fit. If you are on the large side, you may struggle to get on toilet or get in shower. Plenty of hot water, good air con, double glazed so no street noise. Elevator/lift. Good breakfast in a lovely courtyard. All staff were very good and helpful.

This hotel was in a very good location, central yet very quiet. The staff were all lovely, helpful and full of smiles. The room was typically Spanish decor, comfortable beds and good shower. Plumbing a little noisy but that's common in this sort of building. The breakfast was great - cereal, toast, ham and cheese, fresh fruit, cannot fault. All things considered, excellent value.

The neighborhood is very safe and conveniently located close to the cathedral and the Alhambra. The room was quiet and very clean. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to my friends.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and large room. Included breakfast was simple but nutritious with a decent selection of fruit, pastries, cold cuts and cheese. Our room faced the indoor patio and was very quiet. Would definitely recommend.
