Over good experience each time except for the loud drunks in the hall going fr room to room, never fails each stay

That it was unclear that you had to pay for the waterpark as a guest and there was no laundry facilities at that location as the website had listed. Otherwise good stay.

Every single time we stay here, something happens with the elevators. The last time we took the stairs every single time. This time we were on the 10th floor so we had to wait forever to use the one tiny elevator this hotel has. There are way too many rooms and people in here every night for one tiny elevator.

While we had a good time, we had to pay extra for the pool area. Apparently when you book through a third party the water slides are not included. This was not listed anywhere in my emails or book confirmation. We were pretty annoyed we had to pay extra even though we were hotel guests like everyone else.

Love the hotel. Have been staying here for years usually in a king room. First time in a family themed suite. Pictures were very different from the actual thing. Much tighter than expected. Still good quality just not as pictured in the pics

Little disappointed in overall stay. Last time they gave each guest a bottle of water at check in. Today nothing. We were told at checkin pool and arcade room were open till 10PM. Came down at 9 and was all closed down. Called at 10:30 PM cuz room was to hot and couldn’t find a thermostat. She said it’s on wall and couldn’t find. After 20-30 mins we called to forget maintenance cuz we were going to sleep,

The room is quite outdated. I paid extra to get a room with a whirlpool tub and there was no drain plug to use the tub.

Everything was pretty solid. Bad things were the water park was closed due to staff get together and was not fully accessible without posted notice anywhere. The tv had remote problems not being able to change anything and having annoying updates and refreshes. Staff was nice, room was clean, pub was cool, nice atmosphere good location.

We were extremely dissapointed. Weve been to this hotel and a few times and usually its okay not always the cleanest but this time was awful. We booked a theme room which they advertise as these beautiful bright rooms but when they got there they informed us they have uodated them. The updates a are a completely grey room with 2 posters that arent even in the kids space. The room was filthy i could tell they did basically nothing to clean the bathroom and when i went to let a staff member know they passed me cleaning supplies to clean it myself lol. Love the water park but after this i doubt we will stay in the hotel again.
