ラディソン ホテル グランド ラピッズ リバーフロント(Radisson Hotel Grand Rapids Riverfront)

The website made it look like the restaurant/bar was open for all meals not just breakfast. Bathroom was very small and the tub and sink were both clogged up.

Me and my husband were in this hotel 1 night, they changed us 50 dollars for incident fees,it's normal,it's everywhere, but 10 days letter we still don't have our money back, I called to hotel 3 times and this situation still the same....So I would like to hear call from the customer service of this hotel and to get my money back! Because for now it's looking like a fraud 😒 I don't recommend this place for anyone!!!

I liked the location, close to downtown snd I feel it's cheaper than the hotels there. Overall the place is good, but it needs maintenance here snd there. The bathroom has mold, as far as I know that's not even healthy, and the drywall in the roof was comming apart. The shower had brownish water at the very beginning, tgen the waters was normal. The hallways and elevator smelled like ****, from time to time, not the hotel's fault maybe, but makes you wonder, what kind of place is this? If they improve all these areas, I guess I'd come back

The Indian restaurant in the hotel caused there to be an order that permeated through the entire space. It was offensive. You could see light through the door so absolutely not fire proof. Paint peeling off the walls. Random pill on bathroom floor. Heat in room off and when I turned it on it was so loud and smelled like something was burning so slept in the cold. Dirty used bandaid next to the hot tub. I want a refund for my stay.

By far, the worst Radisson I've stayed at to date. Entire hotel smells like curry because of Indian restaurant on first floor. Bath towel was really rough and had not one, but four yellow stains. Water diverter on tub only closed halfway so shower had low pressure. One of the toilet seat nuts was disconnected so seat shifted when I sat on it. Three decaf coffee packs and only one regular. No coffee in the lobby. Loved the pillows, too bad that was the only positive. Avoid if you hate the smell of curry.

This was our first time staying at this hotel- would NOT recommend. Extremely dirty throughout the entire room. This was shared with the front desk and all they said was “wow. That is dirty. We are sorry”.

This hotel had a horrible horrible smell and not only that, couldn’t use the water in the room because it was brown. Property could use some upgrades forsure but the smell. Omg the smell !

Overall everything was good about the room, the only bad thing was we couldn’t figure out why the shower wasn’t dispensing water right. The vending machines were down so we had to go to the front desk.

Pool was dirty and cold. Hot tub too dirty. Hotel room has none stopping loud noise from the heater and the refrigerator all night long. Noise from neighbor room very loud, too. Has one Indian restaurant on the first floor, that made all the hallways and elevators smelled like curry. No recommended.
