Very friendly and helpful staff. They gave us complimentary toothpaste, toothbrushes and even mouthwash. Refrigerator in room. Fantastic breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes, French toast, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereals, juices, coffee, teas. Very clean facilities and nice quiet room for good nights’ sleep.

We were really only in our room to sleep, but it was clean, quiet, and roomy enough for 4. We didn't have time for breakfast, but it looked good and had a good variety. All of the staff we dealt with were courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and refer it to friends.

Great customer service. No wait for checking in and this was the easiest check in. I have ever had. Will definitely be back again.

It was a decent stay. Staff was awesome and responsive. However, we only got warm water, no hot water. Floors in hallways looked really stained and old. Pool looked very cloudy.

The staff was so friendly! It was nice to see how they tended to the different needs of people staying there.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 3 Days 2 nights it was a staycation for us and we enjoyed every moment of it from the pool to being able to go into the exercise room and work out the buffet breakfast was excellent I would definitely come back again

Traveled with 3 children ages 10 and under. The room was spacious and the breakfast was great. Breakfast included hot options like French toast sticks, eggs, ham, and potatoes. Perfect overnight stay for our family.

For the second year in a row we chose to stay here for our annual anniversary trip. Last year was awful but the staff tried to make it right so we decided to give them another chance this year. This time was even worse. At check in we were reminded that 10pm is quiet time and told about breakfast etc. We had gone out for dinner and returned home o the hotel around 10pm to find the lobby packed with drunken adults and young children running literally everywhere. We went to our room on the 4th floor thinking it’s far away so it will be quiet. We got off the elevator and there were unattended children running and yelling from each end of the hallway. We gave it until a little after 11 when they were continuously banging on our door and still yelling when we went to front desk. There were two ladies working. The first immediately apologized and said she would go walk the floors but Amanda (I believe was her name) wanted to talk to us. Amanda walked over and we told her what was going on and she replied, “So do you want to stay here or not. I can’t physically remove people from the hotel.” I was only asking for someone to enforce the rules they asked us to follow. She was more concerned with continuing to serve the already drunken parents as they let their kids run unsupervised to other guests rooms than taking care of an issue. There was garbage and smashed food all over the hotel halls and lobby this year. It was absolutely disgusting and incredibly frustrating!
