When we checked in instead of having us booked for a king room, we received a twin queen room. Our room had nats in the shower. When i went to the front desk to Complain we were put in another twin queen room. Even after speaking with the manager our room wasn't upgraded.
The rest of our stay has been pleasant so far.

The hotel was very nice. The room was large and very nice but the pictures showed a walk in tiled shower but instead we have a tub shower combo that is a little dated.

well, it is a ****** downstairs. Take that as you will. Everything was new, clean, room spacious and nice. There were 3 food options from snack bar, Chili's and a fine dining Chop House as well as another bar area. Only drawback is I left my phone charger. Called several times to ask lost and found and never would pick up. Drove 10 miles out of my way to walk in and ask. After 30 minutes was told no one found anything.....sigh. PR

We arrived at check in time and immediately regretted the booking. The cigarette smoke is assaulting as soon as you walk in the front door.
The rooms were no smoking but the smoke jumped travels up the elevators and through the hallways to the rooms. We requested a room change to the opposing tower that is 100 percent no smoking and it was a little better but still awful. There was a house keeper walking the halls spraying cleaning supplies at an attempt to cover the smell.
We would never stay again.

Trip was amazing! The service at the hotel was awesome. Ate at Chop restaurant, the service was good and the food was great too.; lots of food for the price. I loved that they remembered it was our anniversary and made it special
