Good location easy walk to town

Well located near the town. Secure parking for bicycles. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is good and plentiful.

We had a reservation booked early in June on ******* in Brit hotel, Granville France, on the 8 of August. As usual ******* sends reminders of reservations prior to check in . We never received a cancellation or any problem of this sort before 8 August. Upon our arrival at the hotel , 2 adults and 2 children aged 5 and 8 being tired all day long, we were surprised to know that our reservation was cancelled with no reason ( probably overbooking) except system failure from the hotel. They didn’t have a room for us in close hotels except in Brit Hotel in Saint Lo 53 kms away with same price as we reserved in Granville. We went to Brit Saint Lo only to discover that the staff in Granville was lying to us . The manager and staff wanted to sell us 2 rooms with double price, ignoring the fact that we didn’t create the issue . Brit hotel did. I don’t recommend this hotel , knowing that this is the first time it happens with me. This hotel have no respect to clients .

Un endroit à recommander pour une détente dès plus agréable. Un restaurant au top ainsi que le personnel. Balades autour de l'hôtel très accessibles. Bord de mére au pied de l'hotel. Endroit très calme et reposant.

La politique de cette établissement est froide. A l’arrivée, on nous demande expressément la taxe de séjour de 1€60. Le lendemain matin, on vient frapper fort à notre porte pour nous signifier qu’il est l’heure de partir, alors que j’étais allée prévenir que nous aurions 15 à 20 minutes de retard. De plus lorsque j’ai ouvert la porte, la personne a observé la chambre. Certainement pour savoir si nous étions prêt à partir, ce qui était le cas. La salle de bain aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement. Deux luminaires ne fonctionnent pas. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très diversifié, c’est agréable. Le personnel est réactif quand un client demande du pain. Hôtel de dépannage, le rapport qualité prix est un peu élevé.
