ベストウェスタン ケント ナローズ イン(Best Western Kent Narrows Inn)

This was a short, one evening stay, out by 8am the next morning. I am rating this as a two star hotel, as it was what I wanted to keep everything in perspective. The location for me was perfect, as we were visiting the Cult Classic Brewery for an event. It was extremely convenient. The hotel wasn't busy, but check-in and check-out were efficient. The front desk was pleasant and fulfilled any questions I had. Our 2nd floor room was quiet and very new looking. I believe this is a "newish" motel, and everything was very fresh inside. All room amenities worked, or did what they were supposed to do. I say this because too many motel rooms have outlets, USB ports, even lamps etc that don't function... so I don't take anything for granted. Everything was perfect in our room, just like it is supposed to be. This was a pleasure!!! This motel sits close to HWY 50 but we heard absolutely no road noise this time of the year. The location was convenient as I stated for our event, and even more so because a great restaurant was right across the street. If we walked 100 feet that was a lot, so we didn't need to move the car. The front of the motel faces toward the west (rear to the east) so we got a piece of the setting sun, and in general the ambiance of being so close to the water. There was also the Kent Narrows Christmas tree exhibit right across the street as well as the Fisherman's monument. So, a bit of fun items to view without needing to get in the car. The morning breakfast at the motel was included, and contained all the standard breakfast fare we have come to expect. While not busy, it was served as you would want it and neat and orderly. All and all, the hotel added to this short, get away trip from the Baltimore area nicely.

I have stayed at this hotel at least 4 other times. Every time it was ok, not great so I know what I am getting to some degree. This time, I feel it is to the point where I probably will not stay here again. No shower curtain in the shower, The floor was disgusting, the toilet barely flushed. The lady at the desk (who was very nice) put me on the quiet side. That meant I heard people yelling at each other, like really late, drunk people outside of my room at all hours of the night and essentially I got zero sleep, because the walls are also very thin. Location of this hotel is really nice but it's definitely become more and more rundown I guess that would be the best way to describe it.

Too close to 50 so very noisy. Smoking smell is very strong although stayed near non smoking rooms. But rooms very clean - thank you

we were impressed with the room upon entering and the friendliness of the front desk upon check-in... the BAD: the temp in the room was way too warm, adjusted the heat to 59 degrees by the time we left to be comfortable, the TV lost signal and the front desk could only say they were doing an upgrade.. no notice just sorry and no time frame and without warning???? that must also have knocked out the wifi which never came back, left info at front desk to have someone reach out to us .... also, someone knocking on the door at 9am to see if we were checking out at 11, ??? maybe because it is the off-season we are expecting too much ? nice hotel, nice location, nice breakfast, it was just the little things listed that overall distracted from it being a 5 star stay

Hotel was clean and safe. We were a little disappointed that some food was missing from our room after it had been cleaned. The breakfast was just ok. Nothing fancy. We would stay again because of the price and comfort.

We did not stay. It was very dirty. There was a bag with dirty sheets outside the room. The room smelled like cigarettes. They did not refund money. It was supposed to my my sons 16 birthday trip and we had to go home. A very awful experience.

I was staying because my nephew got married. The front desk employees were awesome! It was clean enough for me. I'm not fancy BS. I had no issues coming into the property or leaving. Yes, i approve Kent Narrows Best Western

The room was spacious and clean. The climate/environmental control unit was functional and easy to operate/adjust. Overall, the room/stay was a good value. It was also nice to have access to coffee/tea in the lobby 24/7. However, the check in process was long and slow and our room was located on the highway side of the property and was noisy due to traffic at all hours of the night.
