ダブルツリー バイ ヒルトン グリーンズボロ(DoubleTree by Hilton Greensboro)

The hotel itself was great. We did have one issue with the restaurant attached. The manager was awful. We had eaten dinner at the restaurant after checking in. We spent over $80 and had left overs. 2 hours later, I came back down because there was no utensil or paper plates. And the manager refused to give me any because he said it was for customers only. I said we had just been there and he told me "too bad, he didn't see me buy from them". He was very condescending and rude. The waitress came out and said she recognized me and asked if she could get me some plasticware and he said no. She did give me an extra to go box so we were able to use that as a plate....but he was terribly rude and out of line. We folded off pieces of the strofoam to go box to make makeshift spoons.

The pool was ice cold. The room had dirty towels in it. No fridge. Worst experience ever at a hotel. Econo lodge would have been better. The breakfast wasn’t free which was stated in check in

We booked two queen beds. We got a king with sleeper sofa. I’m not sure if you have ever slept on one or not, but it sucks. Just saying. Other than that. We were satisfied

Clean and nice, great location to the concert venue. We enjoyed our stay. I wish they had mini fridge and microwave in the room though.

Facility was run down looking and dirty. We had to have staff come and sanitize our bathroom. They were really friendly about this and gave us a breakfast comp for the inconvenience. However, breakfast area was also dirty, food was inedible. Overall, I would not return to a doubletree after this experience.

Our room had no mini fridge when we booked, front desk stated that if we would like one they could get a fridge sent up to us. Within minutes we had a working fridge in our room. Our stay was great no issues with hotel except it’s next to a busy highway and you could hear road noise.

The staff was amazing, however the room itself was lacking. My hair dryer was broken, there was blood on my toilet paper roll, my tv didn't work and the air conditioner would not turn off. I think the facility just needs some updates. Area was nice.

The lobby carpet was very dirty. I made a mistake when I used ******* and didn’t use my Hilton Honors card. I later talked with Hilton customer service and they said I could change the card when I checked in. The front desk said I couldn’t . This is a a slight irritation. The room is very clean. The TV was very big. The bed was firm with a nice mattress, topper, a premium mattress, overall an excellent place to stay.

Hotel was close to coliseum. The hotel is old, so elevator made noise and the HVAC unit made loud noise when turned on. Additionally, we did not have hot water in our room. It water in shower was luke warm at best.
