房間佈置很有當地的特色，酒店位置不錯，環境優美，設施齊全，房內的mini bar 第一晚免費是個驚喜

房間很好，連續定了兩晚，下次有機會還會再次入住。小姐姐也很棒

アスペン アルピンは、私たち家族にとって素晴らしい選択でした。ベッドは快適で、バルコニーからはアルプスの素晴らしい景色が眺められ、サウナ/スパは広くてリラックスできました。朝食は、コンチネンタル ビュッフェ ブレックファーストだけでなく、たくさんの選択肢がありました。夕食は最高でした。別のお客さんは、ハンバーガーを食べるためだけに何年もここに来ていると言っていました。ハンバーガーは最高でした。私が怪我をしたとき、スタッフはわざわざ氷を何袋も用意してくれて、具合を尋ねてくれました。唯一のマイナス点は、ホテルが町から車で 10 分ほど離れていることと、タクシーが非常に限られていることです。そのため、アスペンまで 1 時間に 1 本しか行かない公共の無料バスに頼らざるを得ません。また、ホテルにはエレベーターがなく、階段がたくさんあります。サービスは素晴らしく、食事も最高だったので、間違いなくまた行きたいです。

景色、静寂、ハイキングコース、野鳥観察、グリンデルワルトのアクティビティへのアクセスの良さなど、夏の家族旅行にはぴったりです。レストランでのディナーは最高に美味しいです。4 泊毎日ここでディナーを食べましたが、飽きることはありませんでした。朝食も美味しいです。昼のコーヒーとケーキも美味しいですし、子供たちが部屋でくつろいでいる間に夕方のカクテルを楽しめるバーも最高です。景色の見えるバルコニーはとても静かです。ここはまるで天国のようでした。

部屋のすぐ隣にサッカー場があります。地元の人たちが私たちを侮辱し、犬のフンやボールを投げつけてきました。滞在中はほぼ毎日このようなことが起こりました。ホテルの対応は、出て行って部屋を他の人に売るか、そのまま何もしないか、というものでした。ひどいサービスで、二度とここには泊まりません。素敵な旅行になるはずだったのに台無しになってしまいました。

すごい！なんて素晴らしいホテルでしょう。私たちは滞在をとても楽しみました。10/10です！ホテルの部屋はちょうど良い広さで、山々の素晴らしい景色が望め、その美しさには本当に驚きました。朝食はとてもくつろいだ雰囲気で、コーヒーは最高でした。コンチネンタル ビュッフェでしたが、追加の料理もあり、温かい料理も朝食に含まれていました。私たちは毎晩ホテルで夕食をとりましたが、食事は素晴らしかったと言わざるを得ません。かなり高価でしたが、スイスではどこでもそうです！私たちは毎晩夕食前にカクテルを飲み、外に座って景色を眺めました。コスモを強くお勧めします！スタッフは私たちのためにこれ以上のことをしてあげることができず、とても歓迎してくれて、機敏でした。ホテルは町の中心部ではなく、山を少し上ったところにありますが、私たちにとっては全く問題ではありませんでした。私たちは毎朝ケーブルカーに乗るためにターミナルまで歩きました。隣のキャンプ場の脇を通る小道に沿って約10～15分歩く必要がありました。帰りは、ターミナルまたはメインストリートからバスに乗る時間を調整しました。バスはホテルのすぐ外に停まります。このホテルは、この地域を訪れるなら絶対にお勧めできる完璧な宿泊施設です。また必ず来ます。

We were here in March 2024 with a smaller group for skiing. Excellent Hotel, good service, good location. Ski in (if enough snow) and good parking for cars. Bar is nice and invites to sit until late. We enjoyed our time here and can recommend this Hotel.

Very happy with our short stay. The suite was furnished to a high standard and very comfortable. The log fire a real plus. Staff were friendly and helpful and actually knew how to run a hotel. (Recent experience in other 4/5* hotels on this trip involved fairly chaotic levels of service with young trainees and students lacking proper supervision) We chose to dine in and didn’t regret it. Excellent combination of food and service. Breakfast also a good combination of buffet and a la carte served quickly ( important when you want to get out on the slopes). All round 5 stars! Thank you.

This is the 3rd time we stayed in Aspen Alpin Hotel and the team there continues to offer great hospitality and service. The hotel remains at the top of the hotels in Grindelwald. The owners and their team provide great attention to details in order to make you feel at home. It starts with the warm welcome from the moment you enter the reception. The luxury family suite we stayed in was spectacular: spacious, 2 balconies with great view, large rooms and a very big 'living' area. As for the food, with choices between local specials and international cuisine, this is also one of the better places in Grindelwald. Worth mentioning that the hotel also provides an optional shuttle service and can take care of all your ticket bookings (ski pass, travel pass,..). Looking forward to the next winter season in Aspen Alpin Hotel.

The Aspen Hotel is wonderful and has a good location. The reception staff were friendly and welcomed us and provided good services to us to enjoy a comfortable stay. The hotel is clean and its located in the middle of the Alps
