I would not stay here, the pictures look good. The reviews are mediocre but the staff is not very helpful and when we checked in, they wanted to give us a room that was lower than what we paid for so we had to argue to get what we paid for.. they told us the rooms would be ready in 20 minutes when we arrived at 2 o’clock, but it was an hour and a half before they were ready. And then when I check in to the room, neither the hot or cold water worked in the showers and there’s only cold water at the sink and plus they told us that the AC wasn’t working when when we arrived. these people are a little bit less than honest. And the music booms all day around the pool, so not a very peaceful state, look elsewhere !!

When we arrived no body was on the front desk, we asked for somebody at the administration office after 15 mints and nobody say hello or good morning, in someway they didn’t like we asked for our reserved rooms. At the night, we asked for printing service because the next day we were traveling to a mine company near this city. I reached Domingo, the front desk person, he said during all the calls that the documents will be printed at the morning and he asked us not be worried about that. Next day, nobody at the at the front desk again, no printed documents, they called Domingo and he said he forgot it. I asked for the claim book and as an extra note, all the hotel smells terrible due the burning plants at the neighborhood

Un lugar muy acogedor, lindo y con distracciones para los pequeños. La atención muy buena. En cuanto a la comida, estuvo muy rica pero no hay mucha variedad. En general, es un hotel súper tranquilo, excelente atención y acogedor.

Asistimos un fin de semana y quedamos muy contentos, el sitio es muy agradable, cómodo, con opciones de tragos bastante buenas y la comida deliciosa. A mejorar el tema de la atención mientras uno está en el área de la piscina. No había mucha gente y la señorita se demoró más de veinte minutos en traer una cerveza y un gin tonic, tuvimos que acercarnos nosotros al bar y el bartender ni enterado.

Llegamos el 13 de febrero del 2022, nos hospedamos en una habitación con cama King, aire acondionado y frigobar (pero no colocan nada en el frigobar). La comida es rica, pero los horarios de atención del restaurante Thapa son limitadas y desordenados y atienden máximo hasta las 7:30pm. Las personas que atienden son muy amables y atentos, a nosotros nos atendió Brigitte, super atenta y servicial. Cuestiones por mejorar: el control los consumos durante la estadia, es algo desordenado. Asimismo, durante los días de semana- lunes a viernes- no tienen pescado, pese a estar en su carta. El desayuno es el mismo todos los días y no hay opciones ( Salvo los desayunos a la carta) Cosas positivas: La piscina es súper limpia, le dan manteniendo a diario, las instalaciones son limpias. Dato importante, cuando fuimos a la plaza de armas de Chincha,sentimos mucha inseguridad, calles muy oscuras. Tener cuidado si van por la noche.

Espacio rústico, ventanas con luz cenital, techos de bambú, piscina, restaurante, estacionamiento, agradable el lugar!! Lo recomiendo en pareja o familia. La comida estuvo buena y el desayuno americano también, el lugar es fácil de llegar se entra por una intersección a la panamericana

El sitio es un relajo total! Muy agradable!
