シャワールームがかなり狭く、身動きしづらく、シャワールームの外が水浸しになり池の様になってしまい排水口も無いので気をつけ無ければいけない。それ以外は部屋の案内が無く迷ってしまう。

すでに支払った6ユーロのサービス料が請求されました。昨晩のフロントデスクの従業員は私たちの話を聞くことも解決策を見つけることもしませんでした。ホテルは見つけにくく、さらにイライラさせられました。このサービスには非常に失望しました。二度とここには泊まりません。

ヨーロッパのホテルではサービスが全くなく、まあまあな感じです。部屋はまあまあで、かなり清潔でした。価格も安くはありません。素晴らしい経験ではありません。場所はあまり良くなく、市内中心部ではありません。ホテル内には飲料水もありません。フロントでオランダ語から英語に変換するのが少し難しく、サービスも良くありませんでした。たとえ友人が先に到着したとしても、彼らが先にチェックインすることはできません。

Bit far away from centre, around is construction work and hard to find it. Its like in the end of a road behind i a stadium.

Het is een prima kamer! Het had eigenlijk alle faciliteiten die je nodig had, was alleen wel erg klein. De service van het hotel is geweldig. Zo ontvingen we gratis drankjes in onze minibar met een flesje wijn, biertje, wat frisjes en water. Het ontbijt is wat prijzig, maar wel lekker! Locatie is ook zeker niet mis. Ongeveer 10 minuten met de bus naar de stad, en zeer dichtbij het Stadspark. Als ik weer naar Groningen moet, ga ik naar Mercure.
