非常好的一個酒店

Hotel is located in the centre of Groningen, in an old building. Rooms are small, with old, worn out carpet and not so comfortable beds. No real comfort in the rooms. There is a nice restaurant/bar downstairs (good food, friendly staff, nice interior), and also breakfast is ok.

Disappointed. We paid 260 euros for 2 nights, breakfast included. What we got was a very small room that was rather cold, and a very small bathroom. Almost no room to open a suitcase or pass between bed and desk. No opportunity to make tea in our room until we asked. Not coming here again.

The location is very nice, close to the heart of the city. The restaurant is excellent , providing great food and a cozy and comfortable ambiance. Bu the hotel features terrible night service. Not only does reception not pick up the phones if called from the rooms, they also prove to be unhelpful with any issues or requests.

We are using this hotel for years for business purposes. It's a shame that level 1 and 2 rooms are so old and never been renovated for years. We usually stay in level 4 rooms, but not this time. The room on level 1 didn't have any air conditioning, and it was too hot to have a decent sleep even with opened window; and it was noisy as well... Mattress too soft (poor quality) that you end up with back pain. Breakfast quality is not the same as well. Orange juice dispenser was switched off one hour earlier before the breakfast finishes. Bacon was just not eatable... etc.

The position of the hotel is excellent very close to the town.the condition of the roomwas very tired and needed redecorating. The quality of the furnishings was very poor

The room I was given on arrival was not what I had booked. The city at weekends is very busy, which is great, however my room was on the main road . It was so noisy that I was unable to sleep for 2 nights until i was finally moved to a quiet room. I liked the location of the hotel but the rooms looked dated and tired and very small. The staff was very nice and helpful. Sadly I cannot help feel disappointed by my overall experience.

Right in the center of town just a walk from the train station. Clean, small rooms. Nice staff. Slow elevator. We didnt bother with the breakfast buffet in the bar but the attached restaurant was good
