One of the best hotels I have ever been to. The first time I came to the Alpina Hotel was 7 years ago for New Year celebrations and since then I have been coming at least once a year and sometimes twice or three times if it works out. Every time I come to the Alpina I know that I will get the best service, the most professional and welcoming staff and I will have the best holiday possible. If you are travelling to Gstaad and choosing between hotels, the Alpina is the only right choice. Great restaurants Megu and Sommet, bar with lots of quality cocktails and delicious food, amazing spa, cosy rooms, super staff, what else do you need for a decent holiday. Best regards Vladimir

Beautiful hotel, the best rooms in Gstaad, the best restaurant team. I have stayed with Alpina for 7 years and will stay more, every year I am back because it is wonderful experience. In high season sometimes you wait longer in restaurants but still the attitude is one of best in Gstaad

A magical place with teams and services that exceed all expectations. The staff are very welcoming and attentive to every detail. The hotel is magnificent and you never want to leave. I highly recommend this luxury hotel experience.

The Alpina Gstaad is a truly incredible hotel. The atmosphere is luxurious without being stuffy, the design is effortless and warm, and the staff is absolutely phenomenal and friendly. I cannot think of one complaint! One of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced, I cannot wait to return.

The hotel offers an amazing hardware with very high quality standards and a charming alpine atmosphere. The amenities in the beautiful rooms are outstanding, also the departure amenities inside the car are a nice gesture. The food was great, the spa spotless and huge. All staff were authentically friendly and very attentive. Cant wait to be back at this magic place.

It was great returning to Alpina in order to recharge and relax. Five magical days passed super quick but we enjoyed every moment of it. The spa is truly a highlight of our stay with wonderful staff and magical facilities. Super kind and great that our son could enjoy again all unlike some other properties that are not as flexible. Head massage was excellent! We simply cant wait to book again this hotel as we enjoy the wellness area so much! Breakfast staff were superb, Giovanni super kind as always. Concierge Simone and Artium made sure to go above and beyond with pre arrival and during our stay requests! Only complaint we had was IRD that on Sunday after ordering a meal and calling them after 40 min of waiting to verify whats going on their response was like - oh we forgot about it… not something you d expect from this level of hotel. We ordered breakfast in room 05:15 am… waited till 05:20 and they said they delivered it to reception. They thought we ordered take away… not sure if its language barrier or they had staff without experience at ird team but its something to be dealt and improved. We ll be back as the place and atmosphere truly live to its value!

The alpina is incredible! The staff, the property and the location are top notch. We travelled with our 3 children who felt so at home there. Every recommendation was top notch and we can’t wait to return!
