これまでスイスで過ごした中で最高のホテル滞在でした。チェックインからチェックアウトの日まで、ウルティマのスタッフはお客様の快適でパーソナライズされたご滞在を保証するために最善を尽くします。私の滞在中のシャトル運転手であるラルフによる素晴らしいサービスや、ホテルの部屋や設備を案内してくれたアンナなど、滞在に伴うすべての特典を満喫しました。スパのスイミングプールは素晴らしく、館内での映画体験も素晴らしいです。スイスに戻ったら必ず戻ってきます。素晴らしいスタッフがいる一流ホテル！

We reserved few months ago , they took 100% of the money in advance, kept our money for months and now they canceled without refunding saying that the river entered into the hotel. Everywhere in Gstaad is snow only this hotel has water. Probably is situated on the river so I dont advice to stay you there because could ruin your holiday Canceling in the last moment after we paid car rental, sky instructors and we can not find other hotel in Gstaad .. Also they kept our money so yes thats fun. Avoid them

The true meaning of 5 star hotel, very professional young staff, it is like you are in tour own luxury home. There is private shuttle to the promenade. They can provide portable AC. Kids room. Private cinema. And the fine dine is a must to try Special thanks to Christine, Alvaro & all the staff.

My family and I enjoyed the high-quality service in Ultimate Gstaad. The reception staff were so professional and the other staff as well- all were friendly, helpful and high quality of service. The hotel has plush interiors, beautiful suites and wonderful facilities. The suits\rooms have big balconies with breathtaking views of the Alps. Definitely I'll return back to Ultimate Gstaad.

Stunning hotel in the middle of the mountains. The perfect place for a weekend escape, relax and sport activities. Food in the restaurant was Michelin star level, the chef, Andrea Franceschi took very good care of us. Ultima Spa was another great experience, with outdoor pool and sauna. Looking forward to come back next year.

This hotel is phenomenal. There are only 17 rooms/suites, so nothing is ever over crowded and the care and attention of the staff are unparalleled. They provide car service to everything, dinner, ski rentals, drop off and pick up at the various gondolas. Made it the easiest ski experience of our lives. The ski room also warms/dries your boots and gear, with a very nice area to put on boots, etc. Lise’s recommendations for dinner reservations were top notch. And the various pools, sauna, hot tubs and steam room were amazing. Will absolutely return. What a wonderful trip.

We had a wonderful stay with excellent hospitality. Nice breakfast served by chiara always smiling . She is too good with the service 👌👏👍. Smoth check in & nicely explained the facilities of the hotel by Aleksei 👏👏. Had a lovely time with Nuno. Who had made us travelled all over gstaaads. His knowledge was good about the place. 👏👏👏👏👏👌👌👌👌👌👍👍

We spent a weekend here at the end of the ski season.It was a wonderful experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and caring. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The Spa facilities are very nice and the beautifcians are highly skilled. We also took a yoga class with a very nice teacher. Our yoga class clashed with breakafast and they arranged to serve breakfast in our room even though it was an hour after they had finished serving at the restaurant. If I had to improve one thing, it would be the yoga room: it would be nice to have a window or better air circulation there. But it was a very minor wrinkle. The whole stay was great! Thank you very much for the fantastic experiece, the Ultima staff!
