プラザ ダイアナ ホテル(Hotel Plaza Diana)

El hotel está en buena ubicación solo que demasiados ruidos por la noche y no se puede descansar bien.

Los dos dias que estuve en habitacion 211 no hubo agua caliente,, lo reporte en dos ocaciones y el personal a cargo Sr. Carlos y Srita Nitze se burlaron del tema, argumentando que no tenien ningun otro reporte de otra habitacion,, que dejara por lo menos de 15 a 20 minutos salir el agua para que se calentara,, lo cual se me hizo ilogico

Newly renovated older hotel is very nicely redone and good price. Convenient to many points of interest in Guadalajara

You need to have more workers. We didn't have breakfast because you had only 2 workers to attend too many costumers.

The stay was comfortable although they knock at 9:00 everyday to see if you have laundry which they woke me up twice. I forgot to put the no disturb sigh. I think it would be a good idea if they put a sign suggesting anyone interested in sending laundry to call front desk instead of having someone come knock at 9:00 and if you don't answer she has the permission to enter without notice, I think that's terrible infringement upon the guests privacy!

I felt welcome and safe. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. This is a really nice hotel in a nice and peaceful area. It’s a block walking distance to a cafe where the food is incredible.

It was the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed at and at an affordable price. I highly recommend if you are looking to stay in a safer area and in the nicer side of the city. Highly appreciated the care that was done for my entire stay from the entire staff. I will be back.

The property was remodeled. Very nice decor and staff very welcoming. The only issue that I had was that I requested 2 taxi cabs to take us to the airport. The hotel quoted us $ 330 pesos for each cab and when we got to the airport the taxi drivers wanted to charge us $ 500 pesos each cab. Which we didn’t pay. I paid them what the hotel quoted me.
