My overall rating for this Hotel Celta is: WORST THAN TERRIBLE. The only reason I chose to stay in this hotel is it was recommended by *******! I was shocked to realized how *******'s system and human-assisted quality assurance failed in this hotel !!
1).The room (Rm 2411) was so dustful and outright dirty, we spend at least 2-hours to clean-up (we have pictures!). The towels were so old and disintegrating! The room simulated wood floors were also disintegrating that they posed a tripping hazzard if you're not watching your steps around.
2). Breakfast (MXN 195 from 7AM to 11AM) was so-so taste, we don't have choice around. You better eat this food before 10AM as the hotel morning staff eat what's left promptly at10:30AM Relatives and Friends of this staff splurge for breakfast. I tried to pocket those day-old breads on the dining table, the waiter told me don't take as they are part of their own breakfast. Then upon paying, they even DEMAND profina (TIP) be included in credit card charges. What "service" they're talking.
3) Talked to hotel manager (Olivia Cordoba) about the situation in her hotel, she said she doesn't have control, still she asked for written review by the front desk (which I heard, only gets thrown away. I told this nanager that i will tell truth via ******* and google review. Hoped my reviews go along wel

There were drunks in the pool until 5 am . We got charged for a full breakfast even tho we only had coffee and fruit. Only 2 options for breakfast. Old towels but room was clean

Pool floor was cracking and no safe....my daughter's cut both feet..and because of that we left the property...and room keys were so bad..were back and forth because there weren't working properly....
