«+» Great hotel’s location right in the heart of the historic city center. Very nice and reasonable price for the Superior King Room (approximately $45 per night with all taxes and fees). Big room (my room number was 4416) with the big windows and a lot of day light. Comfortable bed. «-» The hotel is outdated and needs to be remodeled. Super slow, small and old elevators. Once the elevator even got stuck with people inside. Very basic not “fresh” looking room (it felt very dusty there). Everything needs to be completely cleaned there or even better replaced. Awful looking small bathroom with tiny shower stall. The bathroom amenities were of a poor quality and smelled bad. Old hairdryer which did not work well (very low hot air pressure). Slow Wi-Fi.

This is a pretty clean hotel in the center of Guadalajara. Walking distance to lots of shops and Jewelry building. The breakfast was for Mexican people but thanks to the restaurant server who helped me every time and got me something else from the kitchen. The staff was very good except 1 person. Elizabeth, a front desk employee was the only person who was all time rude, either its on the phone or in person. Otherwise everyone was very helpful and polite. I would love to go back and stay at this hotel without any communication with Elizabeth. Kenya and Barbra were awesome and Flex the security guard also nice people. Thanks to all.

Hotel was very clean, with a friendly, helpful staff. Most had some knowledge of English. Room was spacious. Prices were reasonable. Perfect location to WALK to many of the city's sights, including the Cathedral and museums. Wide variety of restaurants within a few blocks. Highly recommend this hotel.

Sorry to say, I can not recommend this hotel to anyone with standards. This hotel is filthy. The showers don't drain, the sheets are dirty and the bed(s) were just changed. The carpets are disgusting (can not walk barefoot). The first room, had a broken desk chair, we asked for a replacement, but they did not deliver. When the shower didn't drain, they moved us to a smaller room, still filthy with a stained chair. I am sitting on a dingy towel as I write this review. My husband and I are checking out in the morning. They were nice to us, but did not deliver on any promised of fixing the items we mentioned were broken. The location is good. If you are backpacker, it's better than a tent. That's about all the good I can say. Sorry Gamma, time to up your gain.

La atención del personal fue pésima y en lugar de atender las necesidades te cuestionaban el porqué de las solicitudes. No había agua y nadie atendió el requerimiento. Las cortinas de la habitación estaban mal, rotas y sucias. Olor fétido en la habitación y solo fueron a colocar aromatizante pero el olor siguió.

Hotel con habitaciones viejas, elevador viejo, y el recepcionista de noche déspota mal servicio, la ubicación me parece excelente , la recepcionista que me dió el check in muy amable. Esperaba más del hotel gama

Con el programa fiesta reward la verdad fue muy económica la estancia las habitaciones están bien pero para lo que ofrece la cadena posada en otros lugares este hotel en particular puede mejorar, cosas buenas: * precio con el programa fiesta reward. * ubicación. * habitaciónes decentes, limpias. Cosas por mejorar: * amenidades * no hay café o té para huéspedes como los one. * atención de recepción. * tienda del hotel. * las camaristas tocan la puerta en las mañana como haciendo un recorrido, no me gusta, si estas durmiendo es molesto. Cosas muy malas: * baño de recepción, sucio, feo. * elevador, muy viejo da poca confianza al subir.

presente un problema en el restaurante, se me realizó el cobro de 3 bufets, 2 adultos (niños de 11 y 5 años) y 1 para un niño. Hubo desinformación si la reserva a si aplica o no los alimentos. Intenté aclarar a la responsable del restaurante después de comer y no hubo voluntad de escuchar la petición, me informaron que el gte no se encontraba, por lo cual me retiré a un compromiso personal y buscando que al regresar por la tarde tener oportunidad de platicarlo con el gte, al cual tampoco se encontraba presente. A raíz de esto se me negó el acceso al estacionamiento y me bloquearon de acceso al cuarto para obligar a pagar. Esto sucedió en el 1er día de la estancia, del total de 5 días. Finalmente, se me realizó el cobro aun y estando al 2x1 el bufet, para poder acceder al cuarto y poder estacionar mi unidad. No me pareció justo lo que pagué por lo que se consumió. El personal no está facultado para resolver problemas en ausencia del gerente.

Una chica de Recepcion grosera y con malos modos, las instalaciones le falta mantenimiento sobre todo a los baños, provocan accidente como el que nos toco presenciar en uno de los baños de recpcion, es un poco decepcionante llegar y que te reciban de mala manera.
