When we first arrived the room was not ready, when we got the room they didnt' change the sheets when I pulled my sheets there was hair and dirt, they only gave us 2 towels for 4 people, we had to continually ask daily and they never went to clean or do the beds in the room. The bathroom was gross, I'm sending you a picture. I am so disappointed with this place.

Check in was at 3 and the staff kept saying there was no rooms available. After various calls to the hotel we finally got a room an hour and a half later. Ridiculous.

We were given a dirty room. The beds were undone and towels were everywhere. We got moved to another room and although it was "clean" it smelled like old or as if the ac hadn't been on in a while.
