空港からシャトルバスが出ているためホテルまで簡単に行けてよかったです。ホテルの部屋も綺麗で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。広州に来ることがあればまた泊まりたいです。

深夜にターミナル２に到着だったが無料のシャトルバスがあって便利だった。
ターミナル１へは歩いて行けます。
さすが世界チェーンだけあって中も綺麗だしスタッフもしっかりしています。

地下鉄からホテルに行く場合、空港のT1駅（国内線のほう）で降りる。地下鉄駅を降りて出発ロビーまであがり、一度建物の外に出て、道を隔てて（横断歩道をわたって）、Pullman & Novotelの入り口をくぐり移動していく。ここまでは看板も多く迷わなかったが、Pullmanの建物の中を通ってNovotelに移動するところで迷ってしまった。Novotelは、高級なイメージもあるが、実際にはこぎれいな「ビジネスホテル」である。２万円（５０００元）ほどの部屋でも、シャワーのみでバスタブはなし、部屋も狭い。Novotelにとまる最大の理由は、朝早い便への対応だと思うが（シャトルバスで国際線T1まで１０分ほど、Novotel発の５分後にPullmanでさらに客を乗せて移動する）、たとえば市内中心部の体育西駅あたりからメトロ３番線に乗っても３０～３０分で空港に着くので、町に泊まって早朝にチェックアウトするか、前日の夜に移動してNovotelにとまって朝の３０分を余分に稼ぐか、思案のしどころだろう。なお、Novotelは清潔感は高く、必要最低限のものは揃っている。

綺麗なホテルです。
翌日のフライトが早朝の時はよく利用します。
フロントの方は英語しゃべれました。
ランドリールームはないです。

夜中の2時に空港に着いて、3時前だったのですが、親切にしてもらい、グレードアップもしてくれました。とっても、ゆっくり出来て、次の日は、T2までバスで送ってもらいました。

早朝、出発の飛行機だったのでとても便利でした。以前は、隣のパルマンホテルに泊まりましたが寝るだけならば約３ん分の一程度の料金のこちらのホテルがとても便利です。

立地はターミナル1ですが、飛行機はターミナル2ですがシャトルバスがあり便利です。
ただ、シャトルバスを使わなくても、ターミナル１の空港シャトルバスのバス停もホテル受付から5分で行けるので、
ホテルシャトルバスをつかわなくていいです。ターミナル１は5分で行けるので食事できるところやコンビニもありとても便利。
ホテル室内も綺麗で問題ありません。地下鉄もすぐで広州で仕事の場合は便利です。

出発ロビーからは近いが、到着ロビーからは遠い。
