ひどいレビュー！ひどいレビュー！ひどいレビュー！本当に腹立たしいです。ホテルの防音対策は最悪です！まず、交換したばかりのシーツに大きな血痕がありました。もしかしたら、誰かに使われたのかもしれません。次に、深夜の電話について、隣の住人から苦情を受けました。その夜遅く、私は部屋で普通の音量で電話をしていたところ、隣の住人がフロントに苦情を申し立てました。するとフロントから電話がかかってきて、厳しく、謝罪もしない態度で、直ちに電話を止めるよう要求されました。フロントの対応はそっけなく失礼でした。仲裁や部屋の変更などの解決策を提示しようとせず、ただ責任を宿泊客に押し付けるだけでした。本当にがっかりです。[悲痛]最後に、ホテルの設計に欠陥があります。ベッドのヘッドボードと隣の部屋は壁一枚で仕切られており、防音対策が全くなく、安眠に深刻な影響を与えています。アトゥールの常連客であり、プラチナ会員である私にとって、今回の経験は非常に残念なものでした。普通の電話でさえ苦情の対象となるのであれば、一体どうして「安全な睡眠環境」と言えるのでしょうか？ ホテルには防音対策に真摯に取り組み、少なくとも防音対策が著しく不十分な客室タイプを事前に宿泊客に周知していただきたいと思います。公式サイトではビジネス旅行者向けの静かで快適な宿泊を謳っていますが、実際の宿泊体験は格安ホテルにも及びません。さらに、会員への対応は他のアトゥールホテルほど良くなく、接客サービスや配送も遅いです。アトゥールホテルを頻繁に利用している私にとって、今回の経験は非常に残念で不満です。@Atourホテル本社には、この点に十分配慮していただきたいと思います。

駐車場で本当に最悪でした。昨年一度宿泊したのですが、駐車場から出るのにも10分もかかりました。今日はフロントでチェックインしたのですが、出られなくなってしまいました。フロントに戻ってチェックインしなければなりませんでした。悪い口コミを投稿してすぐに苦情を申し立てると伝えたところ、女性はすぐに大丈夫だと言いました。私たちの車がチェックポイントに到着する前に、ゲートは開けられました。

部屋はとても清潔でした。 夕方になると周辺にレストランが見つからなかったので、21時半に無料の夜食が提供されるのはとても便利でした。 中華料理を中心とした朝食はとても美味しかったです。 全体的に見て、価格に見合った価値がありました。

出張でいつもヤドゥオに泊まるのですが、今回初めて悪い評価をしました。フロア全体が低周波の騒音で満たされ、部屋中に響き渡りました。我慢できず、午前3時過ぎにようやく寝てしまいました。本当に辛かったです！スタッフは暖房と給湯管の不具合だと言っていましたが、解決策は見つからず！1点もつけてしまうのは感情的になってしまいました！もうやめてください！

Location was ok..We are still capable to get food and stuff. Room is clean and kinda spacy, bed was comfy as well. Love the atour vibe and design of the room. Service of reception was ok. They tried to be helpful and response prompt. Appreciate all the effort here. Facility impresses me with the usage of laundry room. Theres even card for laundry where it can be done by staff and sent to room. Loved having services like this and i truly value them in my hotel selection. Was a great experience in overall here and definitely will be back again !!

This hotel provides exceptional value given its price. In addition to breakfast, guests can also enjoy late-night dining options.

Choose the hotel as near to the factory which we have the training at. Overall is a nice hotel. However, there is not much shops or eateries nearby due to it is in the industrial area. But luckily it is very near to the subway station, which you could take it and travel to city area.

Hotel is a bit far to the city, but every things is good with customer service, environment and facilities.

Very nice and clean room, great location close to big mall and many interest places within 20mins drive. Hotel staffs are very helpful and polite.

Nice and clean hotel. Noise from outside traffic little higher than expected. Far frim centre, no restaurants nearby, but right next to metro station. More water could be provided - this is only Atour branch where only 2 bottles per day are provided. On all other places, 4 bottles provided + free to grab extra on corridor if needed.

Good chain of hotels. Always enjoy staying at an Atour hotel whenever I travel in China. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the breakfast spread is excellent, the gym is 24/7, and there is self-laundry service. Fantastic hotels, highly recommended.
