このホテルは衛生状態が非常に良いと思います。周りに食事をする場所がたくさんあり、旅行に非常に便利です。場所もとても良いです。この滞在体験は本当に満点💯を与えることができます。 ホテルはとても新しく、装飾のような匂いがありません。広州のホテルに滞在するたびにカビの匂いが気になります。しかし、これは実際にはそうではありません。サービスもとても良く、あの5つ星ホテルよりも良いと思います。以前ヒルトンに泊まったこともあり、少しカビ臭かったです。なんと素晴らしい滞在体験でし​​ょう。

Clean and new boutique hotel. Good service and location near subway and a mall. Going in and out of hotel a little difficult due to narrow alley. Breakfast is good with dim sum, noodles and pastries. Washing machine and dryer is a big plus!

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located for commuting, with the metro and many eateries nearby. There is also a large mall, 富丽海, nearby, which is very convenient for food. The hotel offers many complimentary facilities for guests, including free laundry. The cleaner on our floor, the 5th floor, 邝勤阿姨, is very nice and helped us to clean the room daily and replenish the necessities. I will definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again if I return to Guangzhou in the future.

This is my family first visit to Guangzhou and we love the hotel. The staff was all super helpful and the hotel cleanliness is good. They even have a super responsive we chat channel for you to ask for help and advise. Very generous with amenities and condiments. If I am to come back, I will stay back here. The location of the hotel is 10mins walk to the nearest train station

This is our second stay after a short trip to Shunde. This hotel still radiates the same warmth and friendliness that I haven't seen in other places. The staff are amazing and will do everything to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. After a lot of rain, the air conditioning started giving off a musty smell. We let reception know, and they notified the cleaning staff to aerate the room and install an air purifier. After notifying them that the smell still existed, they immediately offered a different room for us, taking us up to inspect it and ensure it smelled fine. When we checked out and ordered a DiDi car, the staff helped take our luggage outside, waited with us, and even directed the DiDi car in. Such an amazing experience. We would like give special thanks to the following staff: 李小姐 (for helping us switch rooms)，唐小姐，周小姐，彭小姐。Also special thanks to the lovely manager (sorry, I forgot to ask your name) who helped with our air conditioning and always smiled and greeted us during breakfast. We hope to see them again in our next visit to Guangzhou!

Pleasantly surprise to find this hotel and quickly booked for my family Guangzhou trip. Like what others hv shared, they have high service standard. I gave a call one day early to ask for more info as my daughter would check in earlier in the afternoon and the rest of us only reach in wee morning. When we arrived, the front desk quickly completed the check in to allow us to rest early. The next day, the front desk even shared the hotel wechat link with us and shared the places to visit and popular restaurants that we should go during our stay. The room is clean and any requests were promptly acceded to. I seldom have to wait more than 5 min for the staff to knock on the door to provid what we have requested. The location of the hotel is really good as it is near Jiangnan Xi Metro which easily connect you to many places of interest (e.g..Shamian, Beijing Lu, Canton tower). So we ended up taking metro in the 3 days we stayed. Overall, I would rate this hotel very highly in terms of service standard and location. Appreciate it has fruit stall and nearby shops outside the hotel. It was such a nice stay that my daughter booked the hotel again before she flew back to hongkong.

The hotel is near the train station, very accessible. The staff are very friendly as well.

1. The Stardard Double Room was new, modern, clean, and spacious enough for two large suitcases without feeling much cramped. 2. The location is awesome – close to a lively neighborhood and shopping malls. The area feels very local and happening. 3. The receptionists were super helpful: ＞ As a foreigner, I couldn’t use MeiTuan food delivery apps, but they helped me order (I just had to Alipay them). ＞ They even collected my Taobao deliveries for me. 4. Receptionist gave us cookies as a sweet farewell gift when we checked out – such a nice touch! 5. Daily cleaning was spot-on. Everything felt fresh and tidy every day. What Could Be Better: 1. Finding the Hotel: ＞ Didi drivers sometimes struggled with the GPS location, and three drivers couldn’t find the hotel. It’d be great if the hotel updated its map location to make it easier for tourists like us, especially since we couldn’t call the drivers using a local number. 2. Room Lighting Setup: ＞ Bathroom and makeup area share the same light switch, which woke my partner up every time when I needed to use the bathroom at night. It’d be nice to separate these lights. Overall: 4.5/5 – Had a great stay and would totally recommend this place. Would definitely come back!

Good new hotel within an old neighbourhood, with all amenities and food within easy reach. Great service from all the staffs from receptionist to the cleaning aunties. Just across the street from line 2 MRT Jiangnanxi. A few stops from Beijing Lu shopping belt as well. I will stay in this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel hidden in a neighbourhood. Love the service and the bed is comfy. Easy access to many places. Nearby there’s a 24 hour beef noodle shop.

Very clean rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast was also delicious. There is also a free laundry room for use and gym. Great value for money. I would stay here again.

A lovely hotel in a regular Chinese neighborhood just across the river from the city center. Super clean, friendly staff, and neat comfortable rooms. Will definitely book again.
