インストラクターがとても良かったので、北方人が広州レクスエミラクルにスキーを習いに来て、グランドビューホテルに7日間滞在しましたが、ホテルのスタッフのサービスが素晴らしいと感じました。ジェイソンとフロントデスクの若い女性は温かく思いやりがあり、積極的で思いやりがあり、サービス態度は誠実で、問題の解決を手助けしてくれました。帰り際にはコンシェルジュさんがスノーシューの防具などの郵送を手伝ってくれたり、ジェイソンもフォローしてくれて本当にありがとう、コンシェルジュのイケメンさんもありがとう〜 快適な設備：部屋は絶妙にデザインされており、快適で快適で、完全な設備、きちんとした家具、追加の細部があり、非常に満足しています。

A good choice for a quiet retreat if you are tired of buzzing city life Within 1km radius of BONSKI Guangzhou if you are into skiing or snowboarding. You can also request for buggy ride to their other hotel chain to cut down the walking distance by half. Thanks win for arranging the extension of my stay

Very smart hotel inside and out. 10-15mins walk to the Sunac theme park and the Sunac shopping mall where the indoor show park and water park.

The balcony was big and the view was spectacular!! The only thing is toilet flush can be improved

We had a great experience staying in Steigenberger Icon. The hotel is well kept and exclusive. The services of the staffs are excellent too. Coco and 小聪 have provided great service and care. It’s a stone throw away from the ski-resort and moving around is easy as well. Our children enjoyed themselves and will look forward to going back again.

My recent stay at Silks Club Guangzhou was highly satisfactory. The hotel features an elegant environment, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a very relaxing experience. During my stay, I also tried the Malaysian restaurant in the hotel. For lunch, we ordered a set meal for two, which had very generous portions, though the taste was somewhat average. Breakfast was also served at the same restaurant. While I missed it due to rest, my wife and child gave very positive feedback on the quality and taste of the breakfast. Special thanks to the staff member Anny, who thoughtfully arranged our room and ski tickets and also provided the shuttle bus schedule. Her attentive and detailed service left a great impression. I look forward to staying here again!

We stayed here for our anniversary. We got a free cake from the hotel. Check in and check our process was smooth. Location is pretty good with free shuttle to the nearby shopping mall, but it’s actually a 10 mins walk. Room size was great with pleasant view of the lake. Would stay here again next time.

Nice and helpful staff. Good location. The room is very clean and SPACIOUS as well as with a bulk balcony with a llake view which is excellent. . Will definitely be back again.

Very grand, spacious hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Service varied - hotel front desk staff and staff around the hotel were excellent. However staff at the health club /pool were less helpful.  Inconvenient for breakfast to be at another building that is a long walk away or requires buggy transportation.  Special thanks to the reception staff who often went out of their way to help and accommodate - including accommodating our request for a bit of late checkout due to the kids wanting to play in sunac after breakfast. We were most grateful for them being flexible and helpful. Overall a wonderful stay!

The hotel very good. All items can give 6/5 rating, if can. We family sure will again live in this hotel once more. Breakfast as provided nice view and many different foods for choice. Hotel bed very comfortable, thanks hotel all's teammates to keeping the well good condition. I hope you're keep in this good management and hotel of all teammates team works.
